I suggest viewers turn down the sound (not off but...).
There is an intensity to this that I appreciate. No matter the destruction we do seem to keep going for what we 'want'.
I had a conversation earlier where we both agreed there are aliens but disagreed on whether or not aliens would 'save us'.
I personally laugh at the notion. We are more of a 'science' experiment on what happens when things go 'wrong'. Also, it would be pretty heartless of the aliens to save 'us' and give a finger to the rest of the life on the planet. The last point (for now) is, can someone state the redeeming quality that they would be 'saving'?
