I eat fruit, rice, sugar, potatoes and ride my bike as transport. My sugar levels are fucken amazing. THANKYOU for being on RUclips Harley. My life has changed dramatically, in many ways, because of you. Very grateful for finding your channel.
I'm in Vietnam and they mostly eat rice and fruit and everyone here is thin and ripped. The men are small but muscular and ripped, when I hang out on the beach every Vietnamese guy seems to have a six pack. Oh yeah, the most popular drink here is fresh Sugar cane juice pressed in a machine known as Nuoc Mia, sold on almost every street corner. It's incredibly delicious, they juice with a bit of lime and sometimes even salt added to it. The overabundance of cheap oils has not infiltrated their diet like it has in Thailand and Malaysia where obesity is becoming somewhat more widespread.
I was miserable too.. Ever since adding in the starches fruits and refined sugar. I feel much better! Im not as active as I want to be because it's winter where I live and its cold. But man as soon as spring time im gonna be very active from this lifestyle :)

If you’re thin but focused on vegetables and calories -I find I gain weight with rice and potatoes and fruit -is it possible to ever be able to eat a lot of these foods and stay very lean

You guys have it - I get energy to do what I need to with smoothies & greens. But if I fast or don't do high carb smoothies, forget it! No freaking energy! Wish me luck!❤ btw, agree on these dumb docs selling bags of 'powdered carbs'... one was selling potato flakes but was saying NOT to eat potatoes. Ugh. *Also - re: the insulin subject - the issue is the constantly eating.. For instance, if ppl eat all day long (mainly bc they don't get nutrients & carbs from fruit&veg), their insulin is always up and so they're always storing fat and not burning fat. It's not just sugars that ramp up insulin- even milk revs up insulin.. even stevia and artificial sweeteners which people suck on all day in their coffee and diet drinks. I think this is part of the culprit for how common obesity is. But I am 100% for eating fruit and eating to satiation. Just saying most people nurse drinks all day that do not provide nutrition, but keep insulin levels elevated, not allowing for the burning of excess fat to occur. I don't agree with the docs that sugar is the culprit

I have a daughter who is 173 cm and weighs less than 50 kg, she started on the vegan way of life, no unhealthy things - sugar, fat oil and the like. She has anorexia. She still lives vegan. How do I get her back to normal?
It’s been five years, how are things looking up? I’ve been anorexic (on a plant based diet), no matter what you are told, the scary truth, you choose to ignore it. I only decided to change when I saw how bad I was looking and feeling, also the brain stuff scared me. If things still have not changed try telling her that you are worried, for her to at least do it for you. Try to reach a realistic goal for her, even if it’s eating 200 calories more everyday. Explain that you can only be healthy if you don’t take things to the extreme, as in calorie deficits. I don’t know how, but try to convince her that calories aren’t evil. This channel helped me heal, I hope things are good now
Genuine question, is there any reason why a high carb, low fat diet, with lean protein (chicken breast) moderately etc couldn’t or wouldn’t be affective as your diet for weight loss and increased energy? Be interested to hear your thoughts.

You would be diabetic now as you are starving carbs and getting your cals from day and protein instead. Isn’t it amazing you have 4 BILLION slim healthy happy high carb people out there yet you follow the mainstream narratives that sugar is bad and calorie counting is good. You wonder why you feel crazy and weak? 😆❤️

Healthy FIRE calorie dense, sure nothing wrong with sugar but it’s the excess sugar that contains too many calories I think that’s why it gets a bad rep. Surely it is better than excess fat tho

Definitely better than excess fats, at least the sugar has the chance to fill up some glycogen first, then it has to go through a process to convert it to fat whilst burning up calories as heat, leaving little, if any, left. Any excess fat just gets shuffled straight into your fat stores by LPL.

Isnt sugar whitened with bone char and therefore making it nonvegan?
Google up the actual process. Char is very rarely used today and if used never actually touches the sugar.

I think it’s the caffeine in the sodas that raises cortisol levels that causes weight gain, not the sugar.
I definitely feel best high carb low fat but my skin is really dry. Anyone have any recommendations?
Maybe it's the combination of execess calories, carbs with fat, and sedentary lifestyle that can create issues
