MIKE, gotta say , I purchased a used 1993 Kubota G6200 lawn tractor that i needed parts for. Called Messicks and the parts department was fantastic! They helped me out, gave me the correct info on my tractor I needed, had the parts, and shipped them the NEXT day. AND I talked to a person who didn't have an accent! A pleasure to work with!

Neil taught me a ton about my Kubota mini tractor before I ever bought it. Messick's teaching videos are fantastic. When I needed a part, I found their online presence is great and their price was better than anybody else even though I'm in Tennessee. Good stuff, Mike!

Neil's Channel, Mike's Channel, and John's Channel (A Ritter Bit Will Do), were the 3 channels I found first when I was watching videos on the Kubota BX series tractors before I bought my BX2680. Excellent content from all 3 channels....Love the knowledge that Neil has both with equipment and the tech side as well. $35 computer runs their parts stuff, I'm not surprised those tiny little things are extremely useful and highly under-rated.
I'd love to be able to tour that whole building, I think I'd wear a pedometer, I'd love to see how far we'd walk during the tour....gotta be several miles. Several years ago, I had a chance to tour the Micron facility in Boise, Idaho, it literally was miles of walking.

Growing up in the Hershey area, I've driven by Messicks for nearly 50 years. I remember a tiny show room with one maintenance building. A row of 20 to 50 new and used Kubotas and other brands chained together along Rt. 283 on a gravel parking lot.
It's great to see a local business doing well.

Our younger son lives in Hershey, and we drove past the Mount Joy Messicks on the way to somewhere else. I really want to take him there for a tour (shorter, just to see the kinds of equipment that exist now), and I’d have a blast there. Very impressive.
Interesting to see the big sprayer and realize precision ag technology matured in the 30 years since I was researching in that field. I sketched out the requirements for that kind of equipment but didn’t have the research funding or engineering support to develop it back then. Glad someone did, and I wasn’t just a crackpot researcher!

Love your videos Mike, I haven’t missed a single one lately since last summer! It’s a part of my 5am routine here in Oregon sipping my coffee and catching an OWM video Mondays, Wednesdays Saturday and Sundays! I circled back to watch this one again. Messick's WOW, what an amazing place! Only took 11 months to build, during COVID, another amazing fact!! I didn't catch how many square feet that building is and how many acres they have. He's a great spokesman, user of the equipment, employee, family member and IT guy!! I retired from IT about 10 years ago and can identify with some of the things he did with Messick's whole processing experience. The best company (for me) that i ever worked for was K2 Skis on Vashon Island WA (a short ferry ride from Seattle). K2 was started by the Kirschner brothers, hence the name K2. I was a programmer and also installed and maintained terminals, printers, barcode readers and PCs around the office and plant. So I got to go into the plant and see the various machines and processes that went into making skis. Most of the employees were islanders so it was kind of like working around family.

I agree. I've only dealt with Messick's once, and that was when I ordered my pallet forks from them during COVID. I wouldn't wait any longer for my local dealer to source them, so I thought I'd try Messick's sure enough they had some in stock, and was able to ship them across the country to Idaho...I just drove over to the Fedex Warehouse and picked them up. I didn't wait on hold forever, the phone call was great, very easy to get what I needed, transaction only took a few minutes and then it was only 5 or 6 days before I got the pallet forks....although shipping was expensive, it was the only way at the time I could get what I needed, and overall excellent experience with their "call center". Its almost like they have taken in all the terrible experiences that one could have with a call center, customer service, and ordering by phone, and threw it all away and just do the right thing. I wish we had a Messick's here in Idaho....my poor Kubota salesman at my dealership is trying to do like 6 people's jobs LOL. He's awesome and knowledgeable but dang he's busy.
