Game Idea
Shiritori : game where you say a pokemon such as Charizard then next person must say a Pokémon that begins with last letter of the Pokémon previously mentioned “d” such as Dragonite and so on. Do this till each person has 6-10 Pokémon named and then pick your team and fight. Best to have a countdown timer (2-5 seconds) so you can’t think to much on the Pokémon, be spontaneous. Should be fun to witness and test your Pokémon knowledge

Rules
First pokemon you catch decides your gen.
6 Masterballs - 3 skips - can only catch the gen your first pokemon was caught in. Any babies are fully evolved.

This is a great idea BUT you two need to make sure to open two packs from different sets to increase the randomness of what you get. Each pokemon set only has a certain number of cards so you're going to see a lot of repeats since the set sizes are so small and usually only feature certain pokemon and their evolutions.
This is mostly true, but there are a few huge sets out there like one of the sun and moon ones that had over 200+ cards. Two packs of a set like that would still be fairly random.

You should do a color challenge. Assign the numbers 1-9 to the colors of the rainbow and black and white (ROYGBIV, black, white) and use a number generator to pick 1-2 numbers for each of you. Then you have to catch a team of the randomly chosen color. For example if your number is 5 and that is the color blue, you could use Poliwhirl, Male Jellicent, and Golbat, but not Politoed, Female Jellicent, or Crobat (depending if you consider Crobat's wings to be closer to blue or green).

Idea for a video: 10 encounters, 4 skips. But theeeeen... you will add one extra rule, just randomly choosed from few rules like:
1. All legends are changed to baby pokemon.
2. Back evolution - 1st stage become 3rd and 3rd become 1st
3. You count the base stats of all your pokemon. The one with lower number trades his lowest stat pokemon with opponent highest stat pokemon.
4. Even more babies - the strongest pokemon (by base stats) is replaced by baby pokemon (randomly choosed)
5. Any 1st stage pokemon from 3 evolution chain in team is changed to the randomly choosed legend.
6. All moves with power above 100 are changed to splash. IF you have splash move you can change it to whatever move you want.
7. Team rocket stole your pokemons - every starter pokemon is changed to rattatta.
How will you pick your team with the chances that one of those rules will be added after you make your choice.
That was intense. If Chillin hadn't tried using Dragon Rush on Gardevoir, he likely would've won that.

If you get the same kind of booster pack (aka Steam Siege ), You're gonna get a lot of duplicates. Each series of cards only has around 40 different cards.

IDEA: if you get a duplicate, you should be able to change one of the moves of the pokemon.
For example, say you get a Blastoise, and then you get another one. You are then able to change one of the moves to a move of your liking.
Imagine one of them pulled a shiny charizard 😂😂😂😂
