You should do one where you roll dice, 1-2 means skip, 5-6 means catch, 3-4 means you decide

New challenge idea: 9 randomized starters and you say what generation there from and the other guy has to choose. Obviously 3 skips and 6 mons on the team

I'd like to see an all starters challenge
You know, you did the type chain before, why not a name chain?
Pick a random starter, then catch something that starts with the last letter of the previous pokemon.
Example: Garchomp -> Pinsir -> Raikou -> Umbreon -> Nidoking -> Gyarados

I like the idea, but the problem would be how long it could take to catch a Pokémon when you can only pick from 1 letter. Quick took a while with 6 letters to pick from the whole time.
@@henryml9999 True, but I think the bigger problem would be dead end names. If you get a Shinx, you're basically screwed unless you find Xerneas. Then again, that could spice it up. You hit a wall and have to go in with an incomplete team. Also, there are some decent picks that would be forever out of reach. I can't think of any that end with V, so Venusaur, Victreebell, and Victini would be impossible to get.

That was a cute one! Some additional ideas:
1) Choose from random sets of 3 based on only the cry
2) Choose a pokemon within a random number range (for instance always pick a range of 6 numbers, but you can take any pokemon within those six)
You should do more of the letter ones like this! Real fun

Damn that was hard to watch lmao. Quick got done dirty. I do like the random letter but maybe next time have 5 and the 6th can be rerolled at any point up to 3 times. That way it could be used as a possible skip or a super rare clutch catch

Here's a vid idea similar to this one but with a twist...
Pokemon randomizer letter lockdown
Rules:
1. Take turns to choose 5 different letters each. (Both of you cannot have same letters)
2. Using those 10 letters ( your 5 + opponent 5 = 10 letters) catch 6 pokemon whose names begin with those letters.
3. Once caught if you decide to keep, that letter is locked and you can't use that letter again.
4. 3 skips allowed, battle at the end.
Game variation:
•1 additional random letter is given to each trainer.
•Random letter is specific to each trainer and may not be revealed to opponent until battle.
•If random letter is a duplicate of any chosen letter, trainer may catch a 2nd pokemon (no catching of duplicate pokemon) beginning with the duplicated letter (locking and skipping rules still apply).

Here is an idea for a video...
Both of you guys have to use the same randomized pokemon file (no skips allowed) and a site for creating Random movesets.
For each round you generate 3 random movesets and you decide which 1 chooses the starter first and the other one choose the moveset first.. and you guys swap each round.
