I grew up in the 1980's and I can honestly tell you I went to school with several white kids JUST like this. They were the nicest kids in the world HOWEVER would ask the craziest things to me and other black kids similar to this. The guy acting like he was white in this video YIU get an Oscar Academy Award for this SPOT ON and to be so young and do this is also amazing.

This reminds me of a time my friend and I went to a bookstore; as we were checking out there were two white women in front of us also checking out. The woman closest to my friend (who was ahead of me) turned and said; "oh, getting some books for school?", my friend said, no, just personal reading. And the woman started grinning ear to ear and said this, "really? wow! good for you!"; mind you, we weren't in elementary school, we were in our 20's at the time. It was probably the most racist, passive-aggressive experience I have had.
I had a similar experience when a white young lady who was activity coordinator at a program my mom was in for the disabled casually mentioned she was reading comedian Monique”s book Skinny Bitch and how it helped her eat better and portion her meals (Mind you I’m a plus sized woman so this was already offensive) , She then said in a condescending tone with her head tilt , “I don’t know if you’re into reading ….but you should check it out”! It took everything in me not to snatch her hair out her scalp but I calmly replied . “ Oh yeah I looove reading !! I read like 10 books last summer. I practically live at the library!” (All true actually ) The look on her face was hilarious lol “ oh Yeah, wow… “was all she could say.
