I worked for a music store here in Cleveland Ohio for 10 years and when they were bought out by Sweetwater I wasn't sure I liked them because they were always the "competitor", But after working with them over the last decade, buying all my gear from them and everything, I wish I had pursued the offer for me to go to Indiana and work for them. I have a wife and kids and at the time, 13 years ago, I really couldn't afford to move. Oh well! I miss working with all the gear and meeting the needs of every customer. It is a dream job!
Sweetwater does have some of the most amazing Customer Service I've ever experienced. And it's a place I could see myself working at. Too bad it's a couple states away. Shout out to Lindsey! She does excellent work.
My Sales Engineer Chris Lewis left the company, He was the best. He was the coolest dude to deal with, expert in sales, understood going from a top pro studio in NYC to a good solid home studio, Chris made that transition seamless. I'll miss him, Best of Luck Chris Lewis where ever you landed
I've seriously thought about it after dealing with Dave Snow, Just not sure I can afford the move but if I could ? Yea Sweetwater is a great place to be working
Hi... I have been ordering sweet water music for years. I've been hearing all the good stuff working for Sweetwater and I do have 20 years of customer service. Under my belt working for a local Texas grocery store. Also I have an associates degree from Houston Community College In Audio engineering. 29 years of playing guitar. That would be an awesome dream to move out there to work for that company...
I like Sweetwater. I primarily buy high ticket items for the studio and they have been great, always following up on special orders etc.. other business should learn of you want repeat customer have well trained employees and provide great. Customer service.
Where's Steven Chamoun? …His opinion I trust. The sales engineers at Sweetwater are simply the best. I, personally, don't have or know any equivalent at other places (GC, AMS). …I really enjoy Sweetwater.
Man, I’m really thinking of applying for you guys. I’ll have to look into what the Veteran’s administration is like out in Fort Wayne as I’m a veteran and my wife works for the VA. I’m also a full sail grad with extensive world-class studio experience.
I would love to do this job. All I do all day is read about gear anyway. I'm just not sure if they would hire me. All my previous experience was in restaurants 😛
Is it normal for a sales engineer to ignore calls, text, and emails for months after I spent $4,000 on a special order guitar and received it with major quality control issues? Because that was my experience with this company.
Nope. Not normal. Thanks so much for reaching, this is not acceptable and not the way your experience should've gone. If you have a moment, could you please contact us direct with your info and order number? We'd be glad to look into this for you as soon as we can: (800) 222-4700 or WeCare@sweetwater.com Thank you again for the message.
