Bro, you're the man! Thay footage of the poon hitting the savage gear while skipping on that water got me excited 🤣 and that snook was a beast! You know we love our women thick!! Keep doing what you're doing man!!
I have the same setup and get asked about it all the time on the water. One thing that helped from an ergonomic perspective was shortening the shaft about 6". Easier on the shoulder and I find that I can face forward now and just drape my arm over the back of seat. Thanks for the video!
Another GREAT vid man! Wow, that snook was awesome and I had to laugh (sorry) when you got wrapped in that tree! Great stuff and great review, makes me wanna go out and buy a board. I started looking at them already. They should sponsor you, you're a good spokesman for them!!!
Bro i went face first in to that tree lmao. But thats all part of the fun of SUP fishing! Glad you liked the video. The FishSup is awesome, if you get one lmk!
Curious what motor you are running on the 126 as well as the battery life. Have you ever checked speed? I'm leaning towards one of these things instead of a kayak, I like the portability and stability, and being able to put an electric trolling motor just makes it that much better.
Haha, hey man im just seeing this. It handles ok. What i do is make sure i turne and go directly into oncoming waves/ wakes. If you let the waves hit you from the side it will wash water over the board.
Hows the battery life with the trolling motor? Do you find one battery is sufficient for a full day of fishing if you don't go full speed everywhere? And what type/size of battery are you using?
Did you raise your seat? If so, how? It looks much higher than other pics / vids I've seen. I can't really sit comfortably, flat on the board, so I might steal your solution if you don't mind.
Sorry for the very late reply. A 7" pedestal does the trick. www.amazon.com/attwood-90720-Economy-Pedestal-7-Inch/dp/B001O0DFQ6/ref=sr_1_7?crid=373S99XBPN19B&keywords=boat+seat+pedestals&qid=1641035398&sprefix=boat+seat+%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-7
Great videos. I’m considering this board but the seat setup looks like it would move around a lot. Does that strap do a good job of keeping it tight to the deck? I also noticed you have the tall post. I would want that too. Thx
Hey Bob, the straps keep it very tight to the board. I usually dont use the straps because i lazy, but they do a very good job of securing the seat. The pedestal i use is an after market 7" pedestal. YOu can find them cheap on amazon.
I see you didnt get the stock motor sea eagle offers... is it cheaper to do on your own or did you decide later on? Also thanks for all the information.
Got this board a couple of years ago, and decided to get a trolling motor. So what do you use? Also ... in Michigan, we are required to register all boats with motors and are required to display the registration number. How are you displaying the registration number?
I use a minn Kota traxxxis 70, which is more than thr board is rated for. So if you go big, do so cautiously. Numbers can be spray painted on the side with a stencil cutout
Definitely possible but in the scenario I was in there was not even time to react. But if you are in open water fighting a fish, its definitely advantageous to use the motor during the fight
about 7 minutes to inflat. Trolling motor is a 70lb thrust minn kota traxxis. Keep in mind the board is not rated for such a big trolling motor, and it adds weight

Oh snap! I didn't realize that board was inflatable. Pretty sweet!
Literally rolls up in to a backpack
such a game changer

Can you please make another video telling about how you attach the motor and the seat to your iSup?
How does it handle when a boat passes you with some wake? Looks very stable. I'm about to order the one with the motor, they have a sale right now.

what swimbait is that youre using?

Yes, my setup is with two batteries and it lasts all day. I have 2 55ah marine batteries

@@canal_cowboy thanks! If I go with the Sea Eagle I will use that link thx
I see you didnt get the stock motor sea eagle offers... is it cheaper to do on your own or did you decide later on? Also thanks for all the information.
I have the stock motor that came with it. I upgraded to the minn kota after several months of using the stock motor

@@canal_cowboy Thanks ... I contacted Sea Eagle they said safe to go to 50 ...
I have one in Tennessee. Lets plan a trip. Ill show u around
I have been wanting to go to nashville🤔
Could I put an outboard motor on? With some more horses?
No, the transom is not sturdy enough to mount an outboard, sea eagle has other inflatables that are rated for outboards motors tho
Is it not possible to use the trolling motor to keep yourself from being dragged around ?
Definitely possible but in the scenario I was in there was not even time to react. But if you are in open water fighting a fish, its definitely advantageous to use the motor during the fight
You could also anchor?
How long does it take to inflate?
and also whats the model and specs of your trolling motor
about 7 minutes to inflat. Trolling motor is a 70lb thrust minn kota traxxis. Keep in mind the board is not rated for such a big trolling motor, and it adds weight
