I've done so much research after getting into this hobby and I thought I'd learned all the profiles but I somehow never came across mt3 keycaps. They look extra important somehow. LIke executive keycaps. Maybe it's the height.
I put those keycaps (not the same theme/color but same profile) on my build. Love the way they looked and sounded, but they DEFINITELY hurt my hands and wrists to type on. Returned them and got a low profile XVX profile keycap and am good now.
I actually like those on the red board. The Cpt. A set is meh and I'm a huge fan. Black Panther set is nice and the new Avengers one based on Thanos is good.
I don't understand how so few keyboard youtubers use wrist rests. These keycaps would hurt my wrists, too, if I didn't use a wrist rest. That keyboard case would as well because its thicc as hell.
how about if we make an keyboard that has got all the aspects of one of the avengers such as a captain america case and some iron man switches or hulk keycaps
I bought some MT3s and while I love the sound and thickness of them but they feel awful to me. They just feel like Playdoh or a weird rubbery/candle waxxy texture that feels actually a bit cheap but sounds expensive. It's a strange profile and pricey profile.
Person preference alert: For MT3 keycaps and for such an expensive board, the sound it makes just doesn't cut it for me. I like clack but I can still appreciate a nice thock. The sound test was neither a nice clack or thock, not to mention the amount of hollowness the board had! Maybe there were just no mods made but idk
Honestly, I am not a fan of the MT3 Iron Man keyset. I like the other Marvel keysets and have built a Captain America themed board, but I think red samurai fits a bit better

the escape key is cuz of the mt3 profile edges hitting the edges of the case cutout, sanding down the sides will help massively.
