I'm 63 years old and female. The message the world sends is that I should just go away, be silent, disappear. Well ... I'm not planning to go away anytime soon. Why should I? And why should YOU?

I think 63 is still young, and you look 33 or younger, and are going strong.
I'm 72, have had 3 types of cancer and a very difficult marriage. The thing is that coping with these health problems and my marriage has helped me to grow and change and to finally after a lot of heartache to be happy and fulfilled. I live a very different life, in Poland, on a horse farm. I never thought my life would be this interesting at this age.
There is no reason not to have adventures and experience changes later in life! ❤
