Ritchie is one of the great survivors of that 60’s-70’s rock period, and he escaped being destroyed by it, by doing his own thing and not conforming. He has created a new genre of music which works beautifully and his partnership and marriage to Candice is the icing on the cake. I just love what they have created….bravo !

Ritchie (together with Candice) began a journey 25 years ago - a journey that involved Ritchie setting out in a new musical direction - can't say I've been able to follow that particular journey (I hark back to the glory days of Deep Purple and Rainbow) - however, I wish him and Candice all the best on this special anniversary - there appears to be a great number of people who enjoy the music of Blackmore's Night.
Ritchie could keep making LPs and touring with Rainbow, right until 2000, he was in excellent health and condition...but women have too much power... I must say I don't like anything of BN music, but Candice's voice is really smooth, deep and such nice...
Agreed about the snobbery in music Ritchie. Can you actually be that narcissistic that you don't know you're seen and known as one biggest snobs ever in music? You're brilliant but a total snob. It shouldn't be there by your own words on this film. I still love the music you have made in all it's incarnations.
I still admire Ritchie's courage to follow his passion instead on monetizing only on the gone Hard Rock days. He is a true artist.
