After watching this for the last 20 years, when Colbert was just an attendant on Stewart, this is some peak Daily Show we have going on now, since they've engaged with mixed hosting and a little bit of John at the front of the week. Easily the best political satire daily of the lot.

I think Wanda Sykes did an episode and I actually liked her better, and a few years ago, Samantha Bee did a few episodes. She had her own show for a while and was great.
I definitely think it's not a chant that should be used commonly because it minimizes how unacceptable the chant was when Maga did it with zero basis in fact. However, if I'm Hillary Clinton, I am just sitting back and basking in the chant. You spent years calling for the arrest of your political opponents, but the only felon here is YOU!

The metaphor everyone is using of "building a 747 in the air" seems quite apt. And now she's leading nationally and in most every swing state? And putting new states into play? And giving Democrats a kind of hope and optimism we haven't had since 2008? Pretty incredible honestly...

Wish I could appreciate the jokes over the endless shrill of cheering. For every 1 second of Lydic speaking, there's 6 seconds of screaming and clapter, which is hard to navigate when RUclips advances in 5 second intervals (10 on mobile I think). Every time I hit the right arrow to skip the clapter, I skip over her next sentence and straight into the next mess of clapter.

Yeah, he said he prefers once a week, especially after he spent so much time out of the spotlight and away from people in general (prob in part due to covid and also the nature of retirement). Once a week is about all he can handle or desires to host.
