    Please note whether there is a washing machine or hook-up????????

      Yes that is a good point. I know that in Baan Kiang Fah, the smaller condos like the one shown do not.
      But there is a whole laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers you can use. As well as a water machine selling drinking water at 1 bht a litre.
      There is also a very good laundrette just round the corner and she washes and irons your cloths very well and at a great price.

      The second one definetly has a hotel feel to it. The car park was small as they assume most will walk. Saying that it was only 400 meters from one of the main shopping malls.
      First one is still my fav

      There is also a coach station and train station taking people to and from Bangkok, pattaya etc.
      I hope that helps

    • @HitTheRoadMedia
      @HitTheRoadMedia  5 месяцев назад

      To get the baht bus, I think you have to walk 10 minutes. This includes a short cut across the railway tracks

    • @HitTheRoadMedia

      Sorry wait a minute the second condo is right in the centre of town and right on the road od the baht bus and next yo a big shopping mall

      I think k I know what you mean. Truth be told I took a friend with me who has a property business in huahin. And 90% of the footage I got was of the backs of both there heads as they were talking to each other.
      I did learn from this not to take a third party and to have structured questions to ask instead

      I did hear that if you buy in Thailand you buy for life as the property market has stayed roughly at the same price for over a decade
