Well at 7:00 those were _not_ "false alarms"!! Clearly these fire alarms the day before were detecting this fire while it was so small that the workers did not see it. If even _one_ worker had taken the _first_ alarm seriously, and _really_ searched they would have found the source of the alarm _before_ it was too late.
I have no idea how my first job kept passing OSHA and fire. The damn circuit panel breakers were being held open with tape. That's just one of a MASSIVE list.
“Helped them get their act together”. Most likely the forklift driver got fired, the manager got a slap on the wrist and they just carried on doing it like always.
When water touches molten metal there is a violent reaction but when powdered aluminum comes in contact with water Hydrogen is separated from the oxygen. Water and molten aluminum......wow
Aluminum is *HIGHLY* reactive. We're under the illusion it's just another stable metal thanks to the oxide coating that forms on it. Get it finely divided and it is prime to react. Add heat and it finds the reactions irresistible. Most hot metals only cause water to flash boil.
When water comes in contact with molten metal, it can expand up to 1700 times its volume pretty much instantaneously. It doesn't take much water to blast the roof off. Look up Bonnell plant explosion Newnan Georgia in 2016.
I'm pretty sure that is actually done on purpose. When something goes wrong, they dump the crucible, so that the steel won't harden inside, and destroy the machine. It's spreads it out across the whole plant, to make it thinner, and easier to clean up. That's why no one is running for the exit, just simply staying out of the way. Likely not the first time they've had to do this.
there are 4 sizes 20 40 45 53 foot and I use to work at a shipping yard both for the BNSF and The union pacific RR before I left the company there were talks of a 57 foot container being built I don't know if they built them yet but I'll know because I go by my old work all the time and I have a friend that still works there
A warehouse has to be orderly? Random stock keeping anybody? Nowadays, warehouses usually look chaotic and unsorted. You don't need to sort them, because the computer knows which item is where. Hence, you can use the space more efficiently.
I'm a container thing. Those cranes are designed to pick up 2 20s at the same time or 140 or 845 foot or so it was picking them up. The center locks just gave out. I guess, but that's a normal procedure.
OK, we understand that those Russian steelworkers are concerned about somebody's mother -- but don't you think we're entitled to a precise translation of this tender emotion?
uh your wrong they come in 4 to 5 different sizes 20 ft 40 ft 45 ft 53 ft and before I left REMPREX there were talks about making 57 foot containers so I check your info before making a statement like that

That aluminum explosion, did that not release all kinds of toxic substances into the air, water, land? That had to be some serious contamination, no?🤷♀️🦋
Won’t happen 😂😂 if you reported on Monday and it’s still up, then RUclips ain’t doing nothing … Almost all of RUclips is borrowed or stolen content 😂 you must be new to RUclips
Wait who stole this? The VO sounds like Underworld but I’ve also seen “their” content on other channels and there’s no definitive way to even say they own anything when they 1) don’t credit the people who took the original video (my own storm chasing footage was taken without permission 😂), 2) there’s no way to contact the channel in which they’ll respond so you can’t just ask if their stuff is being jacked and 3) afaik, they haven’t posted about content theft or re-uploads so I don’t think YT will do much.

No matter how much danger someone is in. They will insist on taking out cell phone and making a video.
And no matter what anyone says in the comments, this steaming website will delete them.

The first factory in Earth's orbit. If anyone was in there, they'd need a spacesuit.
Hydrogen being wildly flammable. But I didn't know that about powdered aluminum, interesting.

From 8:16 to 8:20 um actually you're wrong they actually come in three different sizes 20 ft, 40 ft and 53 ft long shipping containers.

Just to add to the chaos of the egos clashing in this comment, don't forget the High Cube variants that are taller than the standard ones!

thats a 'where'house
Molten metal always make me think of Terminator2
Ah yes, the lava factory
4:46 the worker says "se le enrreo loh diente " = " his teeth got tangled" no idea what that means but looks like is something from the crane
@ 6:19 dude getting free stuff, haha.
40 seconds to 2 minute mark looks like the Martian heat ray on the Tripods in War of the Worlds obliterating small towns.
So “nobody was injured” is a disclaimer to avoid demonetisation?
