    I miss my 96 Chevy step side 😢 Good shit man keep it going! Make your truck as close to a show truck as you want that’s yo shit!!!
    That rust looks bad though. Sand it down to see how bad it is and hit it with some primer if it’s just surface rust. If it’s deeper than the surface you might have to cut it out and replace.

    I've been watching a lot of videos like this. I'm restoring a 93 Suburban Silverado at the moment. I'm looking at doing as much as I can myself to save on labor costs. I'm debating removing the side molding on mine too but not sure if I want to leave it off or totally replace it. I already have a new bumper and grille and headlight, tail light and turn signal modules installed.

    Hey man, you know you could use Brake Cleen and all you had to do is spray it. Removes the trim and eats away the adhesive and a bit of rust too.

    Passenger looks great that rust on driver side tho. I can't say shit tho my motor aint even in my 88 single cab long bed rn. That good hard work does pay off tho
