Clostridium tetani and Tetanus in Detail | Tetanic Triad

Clostridium tetani is a gram-positive, obligate anaerobic rod. It produces toxins (tetanospasmin & tetanolysin) that cause tetanus. C. tetani is a spore-forming and motile bacterium.
