Great focusses to present study to describe two important aspects that suns brings to us skylight avability and impact of insolation and daylight essential in establishing the benefits to the obtain from the sun. Also I found yournal topic on Google that we can see all You said in one but it is brilliant - eight angles of sun! Thank you for design all suns aspects! Also great to see topic of influence of the sun to hemispheric areas👍

Good information but you said “During Jan 3rd you would expect the earth to be warmest but people In the southern hemisphere were in disagreement” It is actually warm in the southern hemisphere in January. People in Northern hemisphere wouldn’t be in agreement as it’s cold in January

Really informative! I always thought the sun sat right at the center the earth's orbit and now I know its instead closer to one side than the other which results in aphelion and perihelion. And even more amazingly the closest point, perihelion, is not when the earth is all hot and instead has winters. How you demonstrated the way light spreads out the further one moves towards the poles was really well made too! What makes me curious is how you mentioned the tilt of the earths axis is 23.5 degrees and I remembered that's exactly the angle the tropic of cancer/capricorn make with the earth's center, so whats going on there? Thanks a lot for the helpful video!

@@scienceCAMP6that’s not how light works though when it’s such a huge light source. Light intensity should be the same cause the earth isnt cone shaped nor is the light pattern coming to earth

@@hunter-no2tithe Earth is a sphere. Higher latitudes… Sun rays are more spread out, the concentration of light on a given area is lower. Whereas, lower latitudes and getting closer to the equator… the sun is more concentrated. Watch 4:15 in my video.
