Yea the mental part to me is the worst part. Body aches etc i can deal with, but the mental state just sucks

The biggest battle is the mental part, it's also that you would never know if the symptoms have to do with some other ilness or is it part of long covid. It's exhausting but I have tried to deal it.

What does your head pressure feel like? Do you also get headaches? I have had this head pressure for a year and half already, doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon.

You both look and have similar symptoms as me. I,m very stiff tough all left side, neck, leg chest shoulder etc. I got a training prog twisting the head around, shoulder role, prescribed from fysio teraput. The doctor think I,m "just stiff" but I have noticed alot of smal bubblecracks from the joints. I belive all you cant do massage etc to try too drain the lymp system is good. Try to eliviate the system to drain shit down from the brain.
Also we all have the common Herpes Virus etc in the body, I read about one studie Herpes typ 8 hijacking mitocndria in covid patients, some other variants, six mabey thrive in the brain, since covid dont handle these threats as normal. I tried to get antiviral against this but still denied.
I did fastning before, that helped a bit. Help the body get rid of faulty stuff. You mentioned Angina/bloodflow, I eat some Aragnin for that. I try now a medication called Coxollin, got it prescribed from clueless doctor. But What you cant find to bring the inflammation levels down is good. I,m to lazy too cut out carbs haha. Also bought som combined anti spike med, inkluding Natokinese. And NAC and some normal probiotics.
will also try some Zeolith soon, see if that help the Lymph system.
My POTS symptom is better, but still feels like someone stab me in the head with a knife, or the chest start to hurt as fuck, but I,m tired of resting for over 2 years. Pushing earlier was not so smart but now I just try to go for it, and push, it's better to burn out than fade away! Stay strong!
I have tried to have the doctors look for microclots here in Sweden, but they refuse despite having the right tools for it. They say there is not plenty enough reason to do it. The lack of interest from healthcare at this point is very weird. Good luck to you!

The lack of interest from health care is just shocking actually, it's like they can't find anything serious so we must be okay then.
I am just trying to move forward as best I can, I must say fasting has helped me quite a bit, I've lost weight and I feel just all around better when fasting. I don't think carbs is bad, I think we must just be aware of how many carbs we consume because carbs is what put on a lot of weight for me but it's because I ate a lot. As for inflammation, sugar has made me feel worse so I try to limit that but enjoy it on occasion and in moderation so I can stay sane haha.
I wish you all the best, good luck on your journey.
