I don’t think there is a limit to what can be done alone with meditation.
Maybe the group would be faster results but attending an event is not essential for healing. 🙏❤️

Thank u for sharing. One thing i cant agree. if everyone is directly connected to god and the infinite possibilies which are infininte, then one single individual should be enough to achieve whatever they want to achieve. There is never a limit. Never tell the story of limitatation. In groups it seems easier because you can feel the presence of others easier as they are physically there near u, psychologocally u feel easier when everyone else around u is doing the same thing. However when u are on ur own u are also never on ur own. You alone is infinite witg ininfinite potentials.

In my book I'm writing about this, the other breakthroughs in healing I've experienced and the life changing manifestations I've created. @@anatomyof Thank you - as a fellow writer I will look forward to your future work! All knowledge and experience on this subject is so welcome. The reason this touched me is that I am suffering from very similar issues to those you describe. CFS / MS / something else? - the medical profession doesn't know what to do with me, nor me with them!
The more I've heard about Dr Joe Dispenza's work (I'm reading 'You Are The Placebo' right now) the more I'm convinced that this type of work is the only way forward. But, as you say, it's a tough thing to do alone, so I hope he does another week-long workshop in the UK at some point. I'm also attending a one-day workshop by Dr David Hamilton in March on this same subject - how the mind can heal the body.

I don't believe total healing is not possible on our own. what a sales pitch for Joe. getting the keys to the kingdom is your choice and you have the power to do it alone or in a group. trying to sell someone that the keys to empowerment can only happen in a group (i.e. an expensive endeavor) is disempowering still. I also have ME for a very long time now and meditation has helped me the most - which what is meditation doing? healing the trauma loop in my brain/ans and creating empowerment and safety. Very glad you healed! but to say that we can't on our own is disempowering.

@@anatomyof Dear Nyali, I just watched your testimonial and am touched deeply by your energy, your presence, and the honesty that transmits through your words.
My ME/Cfs started about 9 years ago, and i can *so* relate to the emotions of quiet hopelessness that you talk about. I feel like i have lost most of my drive with the onset of ME, and lost confidence in life, and in who I was meant to be. It's really like the sparkle has gone, and i feel grief about that.
Do you feel like your ME has really gone into full remission, even now, two years after your recording?
I guess it also has to do with keeping the energy going, and not giving up?

I have some great meditations lying down, then every week a crisis in care threatening my ability to live hits that brings me back to baseline.

Look into FasterEFT/Eutaptics on youtube. Look at Dr. John Sarno's work--CFS and Fibro have emotional drivers. I had the symptoms of this woman (diagnosed with Fibro and CFS) and in 8 months have gone from barely sleeping and barely able to walk around my house to now walking 3 miles a day and insomnia almost gone/almost recovered. I have been on Paleo diet, which is important but the most important things are the mind/body things--45 minutes of mindfulness mediation a day, worked really hard on self love with Louise Hay's audios, worked on my thoughts every day, and tons of EFT tapping (now I do FasterEFT/Eutaptics). CFS and Fibro symptoms are all from the stress response being out of control. You can bring it down, it takes work every day, but can be done!!! These CFS recovery programs were helpful also for me, Gupta Programme and ANS Rewire. I started with 5 minutes on the treadmill 4 months ago and now walk 3 mies a day, it was not easy, but I just worked on recovery every single day and I can't believe where I am today!!!

I've had Raynard's Disease since infancy, it's affected my entire life and infinite choices. It's a circulatory condition with immunity foundations. It's been massively painful, restricts movement, where/if I go, ability to tie my boots or not, etc. What this video doesn't evidence was me standing on stage in front of 900 people from around the world, sharing that the Raynards had GONE. COMPLETELY and is still gone. I'm going things today I never imagined being able to do. If this can happen for me without my even intending it, aged 51, then your 35 years can be turned around too. We've got to be willing to do the work. And do it. Life's inviting you to stand for yourself and the possibilties. For you to be courageous on your own behalf

@@evelinel.9827 congratulations, that's wonderful news!! Happy for you. I love the breakthroughs you've had in 8 months....keep up the great work. Everyone has unique circumstances and challenges that impact the time things can and do take for healings to happen. And healings can happen at any moment. If my circumstances had been different, less stressful and more supported, I know the healings I'm experiencing now might have been possible sooner. And life is as it has been. My intention for sharing this is that anyone who reads it understands that healing takes place at different paces, in different ways. What you've faced, is and will be different to what I've experienced, as it is for others. I just don't want others make negative meanings about what's possible if they don't achieve the results you speak of in the time you had them. The body, heart, quantum and God are miraculous and can manifest the miraculous at any moment.
