    I really like the hand work in smoothing and polishing versus machine. Very nice.

    Great relaxing video. But, you should have sawed the line down the dowel first cut it to length. Regards Marcus.

    Luv it. Forgive me for my ignorance, but why not use grinders and cutting wheels to shape and grind the knife.

      These have a convex edge on one side and a flat grind on the other, you only need to sharpen one side, since it's asymmetrical, which is very handy.
