Even with my firstkiller placement I still should’ve won 😩. Edit: This is a TOP 25 CURRENT 3V3 player list. See a few people confused in the comments about that. Overall love seeing everyone give their opinion(s) in the comments, keep em coming!
I get that squishy has a lot of fans, but to not have him in your top 25 is actually so disrespectful imo. He is on the best team in the world currently and yall acting like its just garret and jstn who are doing all the work. No doubt they are insane but to discredit squishy this hard and not put him at least like 15-25 just makes literally zero sense. Guess thats the price of playing a more support role and team player. Guarantee you squishy will outshine so many of these players at lan, they dont have the ice like he does when it really matters.
I agree, especially as all the lists has all 3 bds players, all 3 envy players. I don’t see why squishy is seen as so much worse when nrg beat envy in power rankings and bds in scrims.
Squishy transitioned from being a mechanical monster who could nearly carry a team by himself to more of a support role, and as a result, the "insane" mechanics he was known for are just not up to par when compared to other pro players. He plays an important role in NRG and is a great addition, but to say that he's still at the top of the game is a little naive. I love the dude (NRG as well) and he was absolutely a world-class player at some point, but he's made considerably less progress than a lot of other players lately.
People forget that 25 players isn’t a lot. It’s 10 EU, 10 NA, then 5 for other regions. Even if you don’t have any players for other regions it’s still 12 EU and 13 NA or the other way around. IMO, Squishy’s barely top 15 NA, and I’m sure that’s how Johnny, tbates, etc. thought that too
It's not disrespectful at all when only 1 player from Guild is on any of the 5 lists, and only Fairy Peak, of all players, is only on one person's list. Kaydop isnt even mentioned, and Turbo is 19th between them. _Turbopulsa_ is 19th, the GOAT. You can not tell me Squishy is more impactful player than Turbo.
@iAm Portz in that case Taroco should be on everyone's list since he's probably the best 3rd man in the world, every pro ranks him sooo high, but normally the show-off players get to be in the top, with a few exceptions (turbo the Goat, Appjack, the best player in Dignitas), there's very few players that don't show off that are in this list, and squishy isn't bc Garret and Jstn are soo good that many players could do the things squishy does on NRG
Tbates had a good list if he had BeastMode instead of Fairy and didn't plunder Ayyjay and First placements. Also I'd put Squishy instead of retals and that would be the best list.
@@croutqn4550 although he’s really good he is overrated because of his past. He’s not as much of an influence as players like extra or really anyone else in the top 25
None of you people have any clue the impact squishy has on NRG, it's the little things you kids and the 5 people making these lists don't understand make the best players and squishy is an amazing player because of those little things, he should be in the top 15 in that list at the very least
@@gomul13 top 25 I could agree but obviously he shouldn’t because some of the most knowledgeable rl esport people made these lists. I’m assuming you’re a fan of squishy that watches his yt vids and not his rlcs games
Tbates can be really annoying, but honestly he makes a lot of really good points, and understands rocket league pretty well. Glad hes in these streams and first touch.
idk ab him being annoying tho man, he makes everything so much more interesting and mans is literally pure entertainment. He's a goat. Also, yes I think with this list we really got to see his expertise and knowledge ab rl
@@ohdearmygosh4090 i totally agree, brings so much energy and enthusiasm to a game that really needs it. He does seem to talk over people at times and contradicts himself, but how can you not appreciate what he adds. So damn funny, and often on point. Honestly the whole stream was hilarious and really entertaining.
The only time Squishy has been the best player on his team was when C9 became trash and not since they won worlds was he in the top 15 worldwide. He's fine
Yeah but he still didn't have him ranked at 1 sadly, Garrett was the reason for NRG's success in RLCS X and the main factor his Olypmics team went so far.
@@hellohi1445 RLCS X Split 3-RLCS NA Championships he was 100% better than Monkeymoon. Garrett was the best player in the world during that period of time.
I think Tbates had some good arguments for not putting MonkeyMoon at number 1 to be honest. I'd still put MonkeyMoon at number 1, but it's very very close.
@Obey imo no ones better than him. Like it’s close but I can’t go and say monkey isn’t the best because he’s walked the EU region online and now beat the worlds best on LAN. I think monkey #1 in my opinion
Firstkiller’s production has decreased since Winter because teams are adapting to Rogue’s play style. Him and his teammates mentioned this. Before, most teams would send one or two challengers at him. Now, the whole team might jump at him, because they can’t give him any space at all. The fact that Firstkiller presence alone causes this much pandemonium on the enemy lines should be testimony to his immense greatness. He’s top 3 at the least, and I’d narrow that even slimmer if I was really biased.
It's more so the fact that MonkeyM00n is a defensive monster than Johnny sleeping on Jstn. Jstn does have good defence but just not as good as MonkeyM00n's
@Michael Smith monkey moon is also in an easier region with less competition, jstn on the other hand is in a more competitive region and still dominates
When jstn actually has the motivation to play the game like he once did trust me he will regain that number 1 spot. but for now, I can see why he is top 3 seeing as his mental health has not been the best this year which can affect his gameplay heavily.
He just doesn’t understand how to stop talking though. He has to constantly put in some dramatic 2 cents. Yumi is the slept on hero of this group, smart, patient and thoughtful with his commentary
Are peoplle gonna start respecting Kaydop again now? The greatest professional winner in rocket league history and just because he's not scoring "flip reset musty double tap ceiling shots" in showmatches he is written off... he is the Tim Duncan of RL! BIG FUNDAMENTAL!!
@@Deebo_K24 Kaydop has 90k USD more career winnings than turbo, it depends how much u value another championship i suppose.... but kaydop is the most winningest.....
Kaydop, turbo, squishy, all are not the flashiest players but all play similarly. They fill the space, being in the right place at the right time, either to connect the team or take the opportunity when their teammate can't. That's tougher role to fill and always underappreciated.
@@kikko_rl1083 Worst take in this comment section. Everyone agreed that dizz had by far the worst list lmao. gG at 12. Extra at 24. Jack 18. Aztral 14. Yikes. Tbates arguably had the best list if you change is ayyjayy and fairy peak picks. That’s it. He had 2 semi questionable takes while everyone else had several bad ones. Nobody thought tbates had the worst list. Oh and one of the ppl (cj I think) created a whole method to assign players by separating them by five places which he admitted messed up his list like wtf. You’re braindead with that trash take.
@@EjayT06 Aztral puts the whole team on his back and gets to Grand Finals. Garret doesn't have to carry cause he has jstn. If NRG don't have jstn I don't see garret carrying that team hard enough for a grand finals. There is definitely an argument for garret being higher but I think they can be switched round justifiably.
First Johnny predicted yanxnz to be a top player. The rest didn’t even have him on their list. Second tbates when through puberty in like a year. He’s got a full beard and his voice is like an octave lower. He definitely got some more money in the bank too, his streamer setup is professional now with LED lights n stuff. Crazy
Hey Johnny, I saw this on your stream yesterday and I had some comments I wanted to share especially regarding Tbates’ examples about basketball and just in general. Now, I do want to say that I definitely am not as knowledgeable as anybody in the video about rocket league and I am not entirely unbiased either. I’m from the USA and I watch every RLCS series NRG plays because they are my favorite team and GarrettG is my favorite player, every RLCS series BDS plays because they are my favorite EU team, almost every RLCS series V1 plays because I’m a big fan of Torment, and every series after the semifinals in a tournament. I’m including this to show that I recognize I may be biased in my thinking and that I am nowhere near as familiar with professional rocket league as Johnny or anyone else in the video. However, I do feel like I’m reasonably knowledgeable in basketball and it seemed like you didn’t exactly understand what Tbates was talking about regarding Kevin Durant and ball touches. Now, a lot of my examples will be from basketball and that may not apply to rocket league at all, but my goal is to clarify what I think Tbates meant and add on my own opinions so that you can understand a bit better and decide whether it actually does apply to rocket league or maybe change your point of view in any way, whether it is completely irrelevant to rocket league as the two (rocket league and basketball) are completely different sports, or somewhere in between. Now, Tbates mentioned the fact that when Kevin Durant joined the warriors, his stats dropped slightly simply because he was playing with better players, comparing that to Sypical on Spacestation. I think a better example would be Stephen Curry, who in 2016 Steph was the best player on the Golden State Warriors and became the 1st and only player in NBA history to become the unanimous MVP. However, in 2017, Kevin Durant joined the Warriors and Steph’s production dropped off. He was still very good, but he was no longer putting up the stats that he did before, because he had to share the ball with another great player. Many people said that he had dropped off, but we saw in this past season that without KD or Klay Thompson on his team, he is able to get back to MVP form, going on a historic run in April. The fact that Steph Curry is able to mold his game to either carry a team, or fit into an offense is what makes him one of the best offensive players ever. It’s for this reason that I believe just because Sypical doesn’t pull out performances like he did when AxB was on the team, doesn’t mean he is not capable of it anymore. If anything, it shows his versatility, as he is a player that has shown he can both carry a team and mould his playstyle to fit his teammates, something that players like Firstkiller and Ayyjayy have not been able to do thus far. This is not to say that he’s better than both of them (although I believe he’s better than Ayyjayy), but I just wanted to point out that instead of penalizing him for not carrying his team, we should be praising him for being willing to give up some up of his flashiness for team success. A counter argument to this that I saw is that Ayyjayy and Firstkiller don’t have teammates as good as Sypical or (I’m adding another player that I saw this argument applied to) JSTN. Now, even though this is true, it’s clear from any sport that you can’t have consistent results by solo carrying a team. This may be less true for Rocket League since it’s a 3 man game as opposed to 5 for basketball, but the fact is that just because you are better than your teammates doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t trust them. Johnny, you brought up that Firstkiller takes every boost and ball from his own teammates and 1v3s defenses at times because he doesn’t trust his team to do the same. However, how can you expect his teammates to ever become improve if Firstkiller doesn’t let them hit the ball? The fact of the matter is that they will never be as good as Squishy or Garrett if they continue playing like this because they don’t get to be comfortable on the pitch with Firstkiller taking over games. That’s not to say that Firstkiller isn’t good; I don’t think any other player could win games the way he does. What I am saying is that, just because you can do it, doesn’t mean it makes your team better in the long run. A great example of this is MDJ’s video about Wilt Chamberlain (another basketball player) that I will link here: ruclips.net/video/Cpz7rZ1noRk/видео.html. I hope this isn’t breaking any youtube rules because it’s not my intention to promote a different channel or anything on Johnny’s. I will explain the gist of the video. Back in the 60s, Wilt Chamberlain was by far the best, and most efficient player on his team, making over half of the shots he took. Naturally his coach told the team, the more shots Wilt Chamberlain gets, the better our offense is, because he has the highest shooting percentage. However, in practice, this doesn’t work because it takes the teammates out of the game as they stand around waiting for a ball that will never come to them and Chamberlain’s team wasn’t able to win a championship. However, once they got a new coach, he told Wilt to start passing the ball to his less efficient teammates. This actually improved the offense as his teammates started getting comfortable and increased their production and efficiency. This is why I believe a player like Steph Curry, who doesn’t need to have the ball in his hands to be effective, or GarrettG in Rocket League is so good. They use leadership and their own immense skill to make their teammates better and run a better team, rather than take as many of the shots themselves just because they know they have a higher chance of hitting them than their teammates. All this being said, there are a few exceptions to the rule. There have been cases where adding another superstar level player to a team only increased a players production and this is the case for the truly elite, who have the ability to carry a team by themselves and fit in to make their teammates better while improving themselves. M0nkeyM00n, I think, is one of those players. Personally, I had no idea who he was before BDS but Johnny said that he was highly rated before that and the addition of Extra and an improved Marc_By_8 has only made him even better, which is why I think he is the best player in RLCS. I think he is a combination of both Firstkiller and GarrettG, because it seems like he has the carrying potential of Firstkiller (although not to Firstkiller’s level as he was never in the discussion as a top team without 2 other top 15 players on his team like Firstkiller was able to) and the ability to fit into any team like GarrettG with his passing and defense. I also think Mist is a player like this because he’s so versatile on offense and defense that he doesn’t really have many weaknesses. It’s a select few players that you could put them into literally any team and exchange them for any player (except for Firstkiller on Rogue because I don’t think anyone can hard carry a team to top 3 in the region like Firstkiller) and instantly make that team better. All of this to say, it’s not easy to find players who can elevate their team members as well as themselves on different rosters. We actually saw that Firstkiller wasn’t able to do this in the First N Friends vs Guild series. Although that series had the EU ping as a caveat, we saw that Firstkiller, Chicago and, Retals were not able to play half as well as GarrettG, Mist, and Jknaps. While you could say this is because Garrett’s team had 3 top 25 players while Firstkiller’s only had 2, it also goes to show that Firstkiller is not able to fit into any team like GarrettG is. I picked Garrett for this example because we saw in the first 2 games that he was content to get less than 100 points and let his teammates roam while he filled in the gaps. I don’t believe Firstkiller is willing to do that, regardless of teammates and I think that holds him back. This is not to say that GarrettG is a better player because we saw sure in the First N Friends series, Firstkiller scored every single goal for his team other than 2, half of them being solo plays, which I’m fairly certain Garrett wouldn’t be able to do either. I’m just saying that the ability to carry a team does not automatically make a person better than one who is willing to let his teammates play. Another basketball example that backs this up is an interview by Kevin McHale who is a basketball hall of famer. McHale had reasoning as to why he believed Larry Bird and Magic Johnson were better offensive players than Michael Jordan in the 80s, even though Jordan was putting up crazy numbers. He said that Bird and Magic could shoot 12 or 13 shots, get 7 rebounds and 10 assists and dominate a basketball game, while if the other team held Michael Jordan to 12 shots, Jordan got destroyed. In fact, it even supports one of my earlier points about letting your teammates grow as Jordan began to trust his teammates more in the 90s and it led to Scottie Pippen being one of the best players alongside him, something which players like Taroco, Turnituro, Gyro, and Allushin may not be able to do, even if they have the ability, because they have ball-dominant superstars on their team. This is not to say Tbates is right because I think Firstkiller is just so good that even his drawbacks have him at #2 and definitely not #5. Once again, I want to mention that while this holds for basketball pretty clearly, that doesn’t mean it’s true for Rocket League. I just wanted to expand on some of the things that Tbates mentioned, after I had a day to think about it, and help Johnny and anyone else that’s not too familiar with basketball understand the reasoning behind it.
Not only did he have garbage picks but he had no rebuttal except a sly smile and shoulder shrug. Dude was ABSOLUTELY baked. If that's sober him then go ahead and leave him off the next listing lol. At least T-Bates defends his picks for content
Wish CJ participated more on this. Clearly knows a lot (way more than Tbates or Roll) and a funny guy as well. Plus told Tbates to stfu a couple times, respect
@@colem209 I agree, but like turbopolsa, he is the reason nrg is successful, I think he is their most important player, but he isn’t really good if you know what I mean. He is just smart, but people like turbo can play more impactfully. Other people on the list can actually take over series’s
@@drixcek9782 turbo is never gonna win a series by himself like squishy can. If NV places well it’s because of Mist and Atomic. Squishy on the other hand can take over a series. That semifinals NRG won against Oxygen was because squish took over.
@@colem209 that was a pop off, in which they lost the next series to envy, where I would say turbo played just a little worse than squish. And you just said what I said. Turbo only plays good if his team is playing good. Squish plays about the same anyday, if not better. However my personal opinion is that turbo plays much more impactfully, as he can shut down the midfield by himself, harass the opponents, pass and score, etc.
Because squishy gets outshine and people think if the changed up squishy with anybody from the top 5 team and nrg still whould be the best in the world
I tbh just want to listen to their conversation as a podcast. They are hilarious. Their final lists arent that interesting to me as i havent paid attention to competitive the last year
Only one list had squishy even after what he did in the last major, its just stupid, throwing noly, beastmode or even turbopolsa but no putting squish, just silly
Turbo is undisputedly a worse player than squishy right now. Turbo and squishys game sense are on the same level, but turbo has season 3 mechanics. Idk how people have turbo over squish.
@@colem209 cuz people like to live in the past an base their opinion on the rlcs wins he has smh, he has looked awful lately but people don't want to admit it
@@biggiecheesie3379 he only looks awful when his team is playing bad. When envy is popping turbo is a way more impactful and better player than squishy. Plus he doesn’t need to have good mechanics. And finally you can’t have a series without a turbo goal, which basically means he will humiliate the other team at least once in every series, which is bad for mentality
@@biggiecheesie3379 fr, turbo is such a non-factor compared to squish. When NV is playing well it’s Mist and Atomic who are carrying that team. When NRG are playing well it can be any of the 3 players popping off.

Johnny can be so closed off to what other people are saying sometimes, obviously tbates isn't saying that having a better player makes ur stats necessarily worse but is talking about load management. Some players are amazing but are amazing in a way that they don't have to use too much of the ball and can facilitate their teammates. Retals on the other hand is an elite player that requires using the ball alot, just like Stephen curry had a lot of plays run through him and thus had Kevin durants stats fall. Sypical can always pull off a last minute play even now lol, what's the point of arguing with someone if you're not going to listen to them
The thing is Sypical literally started playing the game less after S9 and even less throughout the season X so that just shows it isn’t the “better players so he does less” argument
@@saifshahid9097 Love him or hate him, his list is the most balanced of the bunch. Him and CJ basically agree on most things. Roll Dizz was high at the start of his list. Yumi has a few questionable choices, but is not trying hard to convince. All Tbates does is complain about how any region that is not NA isn’t as competitive.
@@Evo247. I totally agree that CJJ list is fairest out of the lot and TBATES is too main region biased definitely. But just particularly the argument about Sypical was frustrating because it seemed like Johnny was trying to Misconstruct TBATES argument and then use it against him. Also Sypical might play less and not be as good as before but it is a fact that Retals is a ball use heavy player that will inevitably decrease any ball dominant players stats. Also Johnny list kinda silly cause SSG highest player is not even top 15 even though they're a top 3 team in NA and are better than teams like G2 (maybe since dreaz came its been more level but over a season SSG been better)
Its not even that dude. Squishy is good but he doesn't really have a role that makes him stand out in a game. I can't quite describe it. I was a hardcore Squishy fan but it wasn't till my friend who has been playing for years told me that he isn't as amazing u think he is. I refused to accept it; then he told me to watch Squishy's RLCS games. All though mechanically better than most, Squishy rarely has stardom in a game. It is usually Garret popping off or Jstn. Even when he was on C9 it was either Torment popping off on defense and or Gimmick on offense.
Squishy is mechanically better than Garret and even JKNAPS. But there is more to RL than just ur mechanics. Garret and JKNAPS have much better stats than Squishy throughout the seasons. There is an X factor that makes pros pop off. All though having the mechanics and game sense Squishy just doesn't have it.
@@Marco32144 the thing is, squishy isn’t better than Garrett mechanically. I just don’t think he is that mechanical anymore, at least compared to the other top NA players. Where squishy shines is in his consistency. He plays his role so well almost all the time, but doesn’t get the highlights to show for it. I’ve watched many series where JSTN and Garrett aren’t playing at their highest level and squishy is what is holding the team together because he is still playing his game.
@@noahkoelmeyer1673 Yh i can agree with that. Squishy is probably slightly more mechanical than Garret though. Not by a large margin but u can tell Squishy makes less mechanical mistakes than Garret. Overall Garret is a far better player.

I am not squishy fan I am not sub to him, but you guys acting like jstn and GarratG are like 100 and squish is more like 70 !!! give a respect to what he does, he's obv doing something with his great reading of game which ease the game for his team
That was a very entertaining watch and besides the banter, which is quite fun, pretty informative and informed IMO. At least way more fun than the boring euro championship atm on the telly. But, to stay with soccer analogies, Extra on 24 hurts my heart and my mind, cause I'd give him the 8 and compare him to Iniesta in the legendary Barca team under Guardiola.
CJCJ’s top 5 list statistically is most correct if you base it off the other 4 lists, the only one he got wrong based off that is Aztral at 5 instead of Garret G. This is if you conjoin all the lists together.
Aztral's mental is just overall inconsistent when it comes to who he plays. He's just more comfortable with people who are similar to him. There's a lot more examples than just the dig com vid where he tilts and holds the competition above the people he's playing with. One example is the 1v1 he had against Okhalid, where he started "What a saving" and he was "trying to get in his head". I'd understand it if there was a ggs by him or something by the end but it's made obvious that the competition was more important than playing with the top 1s player in ME and seeing it as a good game.
Bro I definitely would have said this a while ago. But aztral definitely doesn't tilt anymore so this makes no sense nor is he toxic to his teammates. So I don't understand why you would bring this up at all?
@@grassman5819 "He's just more comfortable with people who are similar to him." Nothing wrong with that and by the looks of it he's growing more comfortable with more people which is a good thing. He may have improved a fair bit but that doesn't disclude how he used to be. Also, I brought it up because it was brought up in the podcast.
I love how Johnny boi was putting Arsenal behing the ivy league players and complaining that Arsenal can’t carry SSG like First or jstn and so and so, but see how he took SSG to an extreme reverse Sweep against DIG in LA and was pretty much carrying Retals and Daniel there. Arsenal’s peak is just too good!
I can't be the only person who thinks first killer is massively overrated. I know he's amazing but I just don't think he's as good as people say he is. Can carry but is a shocking team player and I don't think he would replicate the level without people like Taroco letting him be a terrible team mate
I think yumi is the best list just why because like how do they guys not put squishy in top 25 like these talk like justin and garret can still win with out squishy back to back majors with squishy if squishy doesn't bee's patent and play they are never gonna win yumi understands that without squishy n4g are nothing his mechanics are insane he does triple flip rests all of those who say squishy is not mechanical just go and see the vid of how many saves musty can do squishy destroys him with the triple flip reset not squishy fan

@@christopherguerra9537 Why would you assume that? It was round-robin BO5, and they played Rogue, G2, SSG, C9, and NRG first - the top teams in the region.
Honestly agree with tbates having ayyjayy in that position. Everyone above ayyjayy on his list is just way more consistent and not that far behind mechanically

Idk I think that is pretty disrespectful to the people above him on that list, all those players are consistently showing up. Faze was doing shit before they got picked up and started slumping again before the major. And before RLCS X him personally and his team were doing much much worse. Everyone one above is consistently above him and its not because ayyjayy doesn't have good teammates, its because all of them are extremely good players and show up more often

It's like bc he's not a pure striker now everyone forgets what he can do. Regardless it's amazing what every pro can do probably one of the hardest games to be great at.
Justin’s defense is criminally underrated. By far #1 defender NA. I think that’s why Justin should be 1 here bc we already know what a god is he on offense.
I agree with jstn being put in rank 3 behind Monkey and First, but I don't think there's as big a gap as a few of them were hinting at. I don't know what they're looking at when they say that jstn isn't even close to the defensive capabilities of Monkey Moon. Jstn is arguably the best 1v3 defender in NA, and his positioning, touches, handling and clears on defense is absolutely top tier. The main reason I don't think he's top 2 is because of his mental health this past year. He just never looks like he's having fun playing the game and it's affected his performance and consistency a bit. Just look at how much better he looked during Spring Majors when he looks healthy. He had a solid attitude, he wasn't playing in the dark like he always is, and it genuinely looked like he had fun playing the game for the first time in a really long time, which is so awesome. Given the fact that he fell off a bit in the fall split and wasn't playing quite at his peak in Winter, I still agree with the #3 pick, I just think that given his performance in this last tournament you can't overlook how close he is to First and Monkey Moon.
jstn overall looking at his accomplishments hes the best player of all time no debate the closest thing to peak jstn is firstkiller no monkey moon. and also jstn would be the best if lans were never canceled which killed his mental and motivation for the game
now when i come back to this video, i see johnnyboi is underrating ahmad lol when he gave him 11 and he was top 10 in the major. and i was thinking before damn johnny thinks so highly of ahmad. and trk511 top 7 in the major can't wait to see khalid next major

Make another one of these: “Top 10 Jonnyboi Rocket League Lists”

Firstkiller’s production has decreased since Winter because teams are adapting to Rogue’s play style. Him and his teammates mentioned this. Before, most teams would send one or two challengers at him. Now, the whole team might jump at him, because they can’t give him any space at all. Crazy
Hey Johnny,
I saw this on your stream yesterday and I had some comments I wanted to share especially regarding Tbates’ examples about basketball and just in general.

@@Marco32144 the thing is, squishy isn’t better than Garrett mechanically. I just don’t think he is that mechanical anymore, at least compared to the other top NA players. It’s not fair bc in ME they don’t have RLCS 😔💔
You have a point we actually never saw them in 3v3 competative action..
Free Mind they played couple of tournaments, if you didn’t see, say i did’t but don’t we never see them
I am not squishy fan I am not sub to him, but you guys acting like jstn and GarratG are like 100 and squish is more like 70 !!!
give a respect to what he does, he's obv doing something with his great reading of game which ease the game for his team
“Chicago is the Michael Jordan to Jknaps Lebron” -johnnyboi 2021
Jstn should easily be number 1 after the championships. Monkey Moon cannot clutch it when it matters
The fact the BeastMode is not in the top 25 is crazy. If these dudes only knew at that time the player he’d grow into. One of the top 5 in the world.
Johnny can you do a top 5 regions video?
Aztral's mental is just overall inconsistent when it comes to who he plays. He's just more comfortable with people who are similar to him. There's a lot more examples than just the dig com vid where he tilts and holds the competition above the people he's playing with.
One example is the 1v1 he had against Okhalid, where he started "What a saving" and he was "trying to get in his head". I'd understand it if there was a ggs by him or something by the end but it's made obvious that the competition was more important than playing with the top 1s player in ME and seeing it as a good game.
As a solary fan I really like what I see on aztrals face cam he doesn't seem to tilt and just generally remains calm
Edit: now at least
Bro I definitely would have said this a while ago. But aztral definitely doesn't tilt anymore so this makes no sense nor is he toxic to his teammates. So I don't understand why you would bring this up at all?
@@grassman5819 "He's just more comfortable with people who are similar to him."
Nothing wrong with that and by the looks of it he's growing more comfortable with more people which is a good thing. He may have improved a fair bit but that doesn't disclude how he used to be.
Also, I brought it up because it was brought up in the podcast.
Im laying here on my arm doing like half a plank for the past 25 mins and im like why dont i dont just shower already damn it
I can’t believe squishy only made 1 list out of 5 😂
Playstyle out of date imo but he plays a nice 3rd man
@@jugan170 what do you mean? what about his play style is out of date?
he's really really good but this list is top 25 players in the world
To be on this list he’d have to be top 12 at least in NA, and I don’t see how he is.
tier list idea: best individual player performance
Gotta admit that, for once, Tbates list isn't THAT bad
I love how Johnny boi was putting Arsenal behing the ivy league players and complaining that Arsenal can’t carry SSG like First or jstn and so and so, but see how he took SSG to an extreme reverse Sweep against DIG in LA and was pretty much carrying Retals and Daniel there. Arsenal’s peak is just too good!
I dont know much about the liquid situation but who is it they are throwing under the bus?
fruity and speed
@@MattC757 thanks enjoy ur day
@@MattC757 But he said it’s one of them. Who is it?
Tbates blew it, he had the best list by far.
Squishy is the most underrated player in the game. Itachi should also be on this list
Huh
i feel like you could use this format to rank anything and it would be hilarious, truly a content goldmine
Idk why the title isn't clear about this, but this list is who they think the Top 25 best THREES players in the world are, not top 25 best players overall.
Fr? Proof? And thank god
@@mrboombastic63 I believe if you look at his twitch vods thats what it says in the title
@@mrboombastic63 Johnny's twitch VOD's
Given Joreuz 1v1 tournament wins recently I’m surprised to not see him included in some of these lists.
It's based off 3's
GarretG is a real one!!! Calling out tbates
Can u please upload this as a podcast? So I can listen offline or download
For the first half of Drippays NA season, he was the highest rated player in ALL of NA by stats. Pay attention chaps
You’re also not accounting the teams he played, vs the teams the other teams played.
@@christopherguerra9537 Why would you assume that? It was round-robin BO5, and they played Rogue, G2, SSG, C9, and NRG first - the top teams in the region.
Tbate's facial expressions are great XD
i cant believe how much tbates voice has changed
Honestly agree with tbates having ayyjayy in that position. Everyone above ayyjayy on his list is just way more consistent and not that far behind mechanically
Ayyjayy has been this good for a while and he has hardly done anything in RLCS
@@DJprofessorK ????? You make no sense. He carried his team to Championships. How is that hardly doing anything. He's carried his team to semis of regionals and a major pretty much singlehandedly. A player like Atomic who is only good one 1 car is WAY less consistent than Ayyjayy, and players like Sypical who only peaked in fall are also less consistent.
@@DJprofessorK Completely false. Atomic has lost his team series, along with sypical and even justin (justin is better than ayyjay but this is still true) Ayyjayy has never lost his team a series and has to literally 1v3 most series. The support the players above him get is insane and they still cannot do the 1v3 plays that ayyjayy can.
@@thedon6079 lol hey mate, you watch those faze series today? This is how all fall and part of winter were. Some highs but just as low lows and its a whole team effort to make those lows
I'll say it, props to yummy and roll on the squishy picks, maybe a bit high but i do have a soft spot for him.. he went from being the star on a team to doing all the ugly heavy lifting nobody want's to do with no complaints. It's like bc he's not a pure striker now everyone forgets what he can do. Regardless it's amazing what every pro can do probably one of the hardest games to be great at.
@@Nobody15534 he was an honorable mention for roll i think
@@Nobody15534 honorable mention
I'm sorry... But Squishy is so underrated.
Nah bro he got so much worse since joining nrg
When do we get another one 🥺
Justin’s defense is criminally underrated. By far #1 defender NA. I think that’s why Justin should be 1 here bc we already know what a god is he on offense.
i agree u wanna know the funny thing when jstn peaks is because hes motivated so if he gets a lil more motivation hes easily number 1 on everything
Watching this back, Johnny 100% called yanxnz
First killer >Garrettg>Monkey moon Marc by 8 is bad ,no mechanical ,no defense
Given the fact that he fell off a bit in the fall split and wasn't playing quite at his peak in Winter, I still agree with the #3 pick, I just think that given his performance in this last tournament you can't overlook how close he is to First and Monkey Moon.
bruh it's probably because the guy only plays casual 2's
jstn overall looking at his accomplishments hes the best player of all time no debate the closest thing to peak jstn is firstkiller no monkey moon. and also jstn would be the best if lans were never canceled which killed his mental and motivation for the game
now when i come back to this video, i see johnnyboi is underrating ahmad lol when he gave him 11 and he was top 10 in the major. and i was thinking before damn johnny thinks so highly of ahmad. and trk511 top 7 in the major can't wait to see khalid next major
You guys straight up disrespecting Fairy Peak at this point
As I see this type of videos I'm sure that war always start xD
Ssg making johnny boi eat his words😂
This rankings are sooooo much fun
Didn’t bds beat vitality in the rocket baguette tournament before they added extra?
Hopefully these lists are revised now that the championships are over. Some of team Vitality didn't even make the lists, and Squishy was only considered top 25 for one of them. BDS also fell apart when it mattered the most
