  • This tutorial continues the journey of exploring note for note the famous melody for guitar composed in 1945 by Arthur Smith, titled 'Guitar Boogie'.
A second variation on the theme is explored here with all notes, fingerings, and fret positions explained in close detail. Glissando, string bend, double stop and combination chords using closed and open strings are all encountered and discussed.
An electric guitar full band version opens the tutorial with the note by note details explained via an acoustic guitar in a solo setting to ensure the viewer can see and hear what is required without the distraction of electronic effects or other instruments in the background.
