If the post office asks you if you want to send certified mail tell them you are sending a security. If they ask you what are you sending tell them you are sending a bond. They put it in a lock box on the usps truck and it is separated from other mail. You also need to get a green domestic return.

As stated in the code 31 cfr 328.5 and 328.6 shouldn't the 1st line of stamp be parallel to the left edge, would imply on a 90 degree angle and 4x1.5 inches. Also replace the words - When securities are to be presented to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, the words “United States Treasury” should be used in lieu of the words “Federal Reserve Bank of _______, Fiscal Agent of the United States.” . So the complete statement would read as "For presentation to the United States Treasury, for redemption or in exchange for securities of a new issue, in accordance with written instructions submitted by __________". Also MUST be ADDRESSED to the Indenture Trustee. Have you been able to have your instrument processed doing it as shown in the video.

That's why he made the bill smaller than the page he dragged it onto. That created the room for the stamp so it wouldn't cover the writing on the bill.
Guys read the cardholder agreement carefully asf & than press them respectfully as to why they arent holding up to their agreement. Use their terminology!

Well I’m stating that at the time of making this video i was mistaken. I will make a follow up video soon pointing that out. You also have to get used to the terminology. Coupon is the bottom portion of a monthly bill/debt security /bond. So a debt security without a coupon would be a contract. You could technically put the bill in a printer and print over it but is risky. Otherwise i just suggest ordering a physical stamp and stamping the original bill sent to you !

Im still learning and experimenting myself. The codes state if the bill has matured separate the coupon. But still include it when mailing. Does it make a difference ? I’m not sure.

If you read the instructions in the Act ,pay attention to the quotations , it says in the event that it is for securities, “United States Treasury” should be used in lieu of “ Fed Res. ….blah blah …….fiscal agent of the United States” ….. it’s a common mistake and most will still except because it is obscure but the truth is , it should not read it because those who understand it know that to include it is not correct per the written instructions and because it doesn’t make sense to say that when speaking of the U S Treasury

You don’t need a medallion stamp. The 5444 form is only if your lock your account. Notary is fine because my account got locked and i used a notary to unlock it.
Who do you write on the lines.. for the stamp submitted by… it should be blank right? And for the pay to the order of should I print my name and then sign my signature right?

Technically speaking we should be signing with our principal name. “The name on the bill” and then our God given name as agent of the principal. If that makes sense. It should be on bind paper. I don’t know if it matters in the end. 1099 I’m still iffy about it

I’m just curious because finding a blank vertical spot approximately 1 1/2” X 4” along the left edge of the “face”, weather it be the front face or back face, is very difficult.
they put the amount under dispute for 2 to 3 months. in which i was not required to make a payment. after that timeframe they told me to resume payment basically.
Technically yes but the problems could be. Is it a private landlord or a cooperation you were renting from? Private landlord may not know what to do with a security! Also will they even accept it? Most of the time they ignore us. But overall you can take legal action against the reporting agency because we are supposed to consent to everything on our credit report. If we didn’t then they are reporting illegally!
How would this work on a T-Mobile bill? T-Mobile has the coupon the front of page 3 of 4, with my name and address at the top of the page and the company logo below it upside down.

On original Bill you can only Create Rubber STAMP and Stamp it and send, probably a good idea.. Question is, if they going to "honor" that, because there is no way to enforce it.. See, the problem is, when any CC/Banking Contract "signed"/"accepted" there is stated that you confirm that you are "US Citizen" means fiction, that's pretty much guarantee that you should "pay" and not play games with "auth. Rep." So they have a valid reason for "dishonor" all the time, as this procedure is outside the scope of Public Federal Reserve regulations.. We can try though.. Thanks.
Okay. I’ve just hearing that if you deposit them as registered securities to the bank and then transfer it to your TDA you would receive double the amount of the security and would be earning interest on the initial security.
@@phillyspeakss so from what I've found is that you have two options: You can send the security and it discharges the debt, bringing your balance to $0, OR you can send the security IN ADDITION to instructing the trustee/indentured trustee to remit the dividends into your TDA account every month. With the second option, not only do you discharge the debt but you also get it back. Hope that make sense.

When you request a wire, check, or wire to tda are you telling them to send security to your account or the debt notes you paid back to your desire account?

@@Conker32192 only cause it says stamp or plate, but it also says of such character as will render the endorsement substantially ineradicable. Which printing would make it ineradicable. Just wasn’t sure if they would make a big deal about. Most cause I don’t have a stamp yet lol.
After further research you should only do this for contracts. For bills with coupons you need the original. You should never be enrolled in paperless billing. I will make a follow up video here soon.

@@elyahqyim9916 by “document” do you mean the reprinted bill? Or the letter of instructions ? I made the mistake of sending of a reprinted bill. You need the original from the company. Some bills are different sizes but again you can’t redeem them unless you have the original. So there is no reason to print them off.

The bill is already a security. You can send it registered or certified. It’s just supposed to be insured. So technically can send via ups and fedex also. To the trustee preferably but also seen people get remedy sending to the CFO of the company.
@@Conker32192 you need to understand that these procedures are not written anywhere in order to do this correctly you need to be mentored. When mailing a security, it must be sent registered mail. Otherwise you are in violation but it’s up to you take your chances and also, if you do not send it registered, you won’t be taken seriously.

Im patiently waiting. I mailed my first security last week. Lawfully they are supposed to be on bond paper. Will they deny you because it’s not? I’m not sure. By default bills are on bond paper.

Actually just get a billing statement from your company and physically stamp it. Don’t go paperless. Have ever bill mailed to you

@@scytheneely only print it if it’s contract. If it’s a bill it needs to be the original. Sometimes it can’t go on the top left. As long as it’s on the bond portion should be fine

they put the amount under dispute for 2 to 3 months. in which i was not required to make a payment. after that timeframe they told me to resume payment basically.

Technically yes but the problems could be. Is it a private landlord or a cooperation you were renting from? Private landlord may not know what to do with a security! Also will they even accept it? Most of the time they ignore us. But overall you can take legal action against the reporting agency because we are supposed to consent to everything on our credit report. If we didn’t then they are reporting illegally!

@@Conker32192 If this should be "Original Bill" then there is no way to Add "Endorsement" as you showed, cause you still will be printing this on your own paper.. On original Bill you can only Create Rubber STAMP and Stamp it and send, probably a good idea.. Question is, if they going to "honor" that, because there is no way to enforce it.. See, the problem is, when any CC/Banking Contract "signed"/"accepted" there is stated that you confirm that you are "US Citizen" means fiction, that's pretty much guarantee that you should "pay" and not play games with "auth. Rep." So they have a valid reason for "dishonor" all the time, as this procedure is outside the scope of Public Federal Reserve regulations.. We can try though.. Thanks.

Okay. I’ve just hearing that if you deposit them as registered securities to the bank and then transfer it to your TDA you would receive double the amount of the security and would be earning interest on the initial security.
@@phillyspeakss so from what I've found is that you have two options: You can send the security and it discharges the debt, bringing your balance to $0, OR you can send the security IN ADDITION to instructing the trustee/indentured trustee to remit the dividends into your TDA account every month. With the second option, not only do you discharge the debt but you also get it back. Hope that make sense.

Please read 31 CFR 328.6. You need to remove Fiscal Agent of the United States.
Actually, depending on where it is being sent...Fiscal Agent would be appropriate....such as sending it to the Treasury to reclaim the credits.

@@Conker32192 only cause it says stamp or plate, but it also says of such character as will render the endorsement substantially ineradicable. Which printing would make it ineradicable. Just wasn’t sure if they would make a big deal about. Most cause I don’t have a stamp yet lol.

Not at all. Signature guarantee are given by financial institutions. It’s kind of like a higher notary for securities.

After further research you should only do this for contracts. For bills with coupons you need the original. You should never be enrolled in paperless billing. I will make a follow up video here soon.

Another question I have is a that some bills are not always on 8 1/2 x 11 size some are 8 1/2 x 14 legal size. Does one need to have a printer that can do both?
@@elyahqyim9916 by “document” do you mean the reprinted bill? Or the letter of instructions ? I made the mistake of sending of a reprinted bill. You need the original from the company. Some bills are different sizes but again you can’t redeem them unless you have the original. So there is no reason to print them off.

woah why were you charged 112? you should pay no more than 35 truthfully. Technically speaking you are supposed to remove "fiscal agent" part but at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you removed it or not.

(Your treasury account and routing number) “ but I’m still confused if we do that and full indorsement. (Pay to the order of) or if we only do 1 of the 2. I’m not complete sure right this moment.

The bill is already a security. You can send it registered or certified. It’s just supposed to be insured. So technically can send via ups and fedex also. To the trustee preferably but also seen people get remedy sending to the CFO of the company.

@@Conker32192 you need to understand that these procedures are not written anywhere in order to do this correctly you need to be mentored. When mailing a security, it must be sent registered mail. Otherwise you are in violation but it’s up to you take your chances and also, if you do not send it registered, you won’t be taken seriously.
