      Single leg hop is my favorite. We don’t do enough isolations like that. Always jumping with both legs in plyos. But we rarely do that when we are moving in any sport. Always exploding off one 🦵

    Everybody is about optimizing stroke technique, but at like any level great footwork is more important than most tennis players think about.
    I like the drills at 1:50 and 2:12.
    You have to be able to move to all directions, but main directions are left and right.
    I think the other important movement to train is the positioning and coiling the upperbody.
    Rope skipping is a another great exercise to improve stamina and quickness.
    Additionally, what many players ignore, is stretching. Flexibility is an important ability as well (think about Djokovic, Nadal or Alcaraz).
