@@muaymichaelHello, this is the best “ series” I have ever seen. Like actually, the way you’re improving every video is incredible🙌 I hope you read this, and succeed at becoming a professional ufc fighter🔥🔥🔥
Go big or Go home🎉 but don't forget that Muaythai is a sport version of Muaythai Boran which have many more techniques which can be use as a trump card or signature move just like Seanchai's🎉
And don't forget to learn how to use knee and elbow while clinching. (Flying knee), (spinning back elbow, fist, kick, teep),(catch leg+pull in then knee, elbow) these techniques can flip your losing fight to a surprise winning 🎉
I never did Muay Thai myself, but I can recognize the pure determination to fight and achieve your goal. Your journey is fascinating and I can't wait to see everything you'll upload. Fight hard 💪🏿
Best of luck you got this. I’m 2 weeks into my own Muay Thai journey, it’s so hard but I love it. Looking for ways to train longer term. In Chaing Mai training at Dan Muay Thai, the energy is amazing. You’re an inspiration, absolute legend 🤙
Quickly became my favourite RUclips channel! I’m leaving the uk in a few months chase a very similar dream. These videos are helping me so much thank you!
Oh man, you are such an inspiration to me. My dream is to go to Thailand and win some fights, but unfortunately I'm still going to school and I don't have money yet, but I hope to start working on it soon to make my dream come true. I wish you all the best from Poland Michael!
Men shouldn't be sweet and nice they should be genuinely kind and real That just what any martial will teach u When u step in to the ring or the cage u fight to win then genuinely respect your opponent as a another man that can't be taught by any school or any social places other than a Combat Gym or A Dojo i recommend u to not follow any societal advices that keeps u weak but the advices from the men who could achieve success in life.
Thank you for the amazing content, I am really rooting for you, great video and details. I just found out on your IG you are a Pisces also like me:D I guess something is going on because I started MMA seriously in 2023 august. So I guess its a Pisces thing ? I did MMA when I was between 14-17 but I stopped then suddenly I felt like I need to start this journey again :) You will achieve it!! :) Keep up the faith and passion :)
Try this: Use your wrist while working with the rope. What i do is using my wrists than switching to my Arms, going back to wrists... Rince and repeat. While you use your wrists your arm rest a bit While you use your arms, your wrists rest a bit 😊😊😊
Word of advice: studying Ramon Decker first ever foreign fighter ever won Thailand champion. My opinion, his secret weapon was punching and very good coach.
Thank you so much for the insights. I checked the strength training exercises. You didn’t mention rest time between sets and exercises? Are there any? Do you do weighted squats or deadlifts? Are they any useful for Muay Thai or is overkill? At 3:31 you mention bicep curls but you didn’t write it in the description.
Hey Joseph, that's a bit outdated now and wasn't really the best program 😄 I do a lot of body weight exercises, jump squats and box jumps in that case. Deadlifts are useful too!
Interesting that you say it's your shoulders that ache when skipping. Mine are fine, but my calves and feet ache after a few minutes. Good luck with your journey to turn pro. I would love to give it a shot if I weren't too old...
I love this video. I want to know where you're training because. the amount of attention you get is marvelous. And you have really experienced people training you.
@@muaymichael I been thinking about doing a 3 month camp of training in muay Thai. however I don't think chiang mai is a good place for me because of all the pollution. let me ask you how is the pollution there is it only during the hot seasons or yr round because I have asthma. if you're wondering asthma doesn't affect my active life much in fact exercise helps my asthma.
With skipping rope, I sometimes have the same issue with my firearms burning out. I like to move the holds around in my hands or put them between my fingers to displace the effort, but also doing bodyweight holds on a bar can help!

I saw in one of your videos on Instagram. You put ice on your knee after a injury, but it’s been proven putting ice on a injury is worse for the wound because it slows down blood flow, making you heal, slower and making more scar tissue appeal. the guy that invented the method even said he was wrong.
Can you say the cost of training in Thailand and recommend any gym in Thailand. I am ready to learn but I don't know how much it costs to learn can you say it in a separate video pls 😢 waiting for your reply ❤

no leg work in the gym is crazy. I mean, the only thing that's close to working the legs is the kettlebell swings and you have so few reps on them. 6-10 for 3 sets? I never talk badly about training programs, but I'd definitely start with this training program about if I decided to start doing so.
I don’t know if I missed it in the video but what gym do you train at? I’m planning on going to Thailand to train but don’t know which gyms are legit or not
Here we go. 2024 starts with a Road to PRO Series! A full year of dedication is waiting for us. Let's see how far we can get
