zenitsu doesn't has a mark. Tanjiro is the first one active his mark. first appearance against upper 6 gyutaro (normaly tanjiro has a burnt scar on his head that isn't a mark). then muichiro and mitsuri manage to actived their marks. Also there are scenes which giving a information about one hashira on ending of the each episodes you can check it after watching the episodes. (the last episode also has one and it is special)
