Not to long ago, (Tuesday January 31) This hack was released! This hack is titled "Project Zero"
In this hack... it gives you the opportunity to play with Zero, Akin Megaman Xtreme 2, with the ability to switch characters at any time during play! Also Zero can air dash, and other tweaks to the game to accommodate for the change, and in this video... is the Black Armor Zero"

If you have a programmer and the PCBs and chips to make homebrew cartridges, yes.
Look up repro (reproduction/reprogrammed) SNES...and NES...and perhaps Sega as well.
Obviously make sure the total size of the hacked ROM is less than the chip's memory capacity. The know-how of today's hacks shows how much artificial scarcity was put into these games we grew up with, and how companies were really just winging it.

Can you please help me with this patch. I have downloaded many things but the same problem comes up. I patch it then when i load it ZNES says it is a bad rom. I dont understand. I have tried so much and I just wanna play as Zero. T_T Please help if you can.
