Questions, if significant lows(those that formed before 8:30am) have been taken out by a events candle stick, do we then start looking for buy opportunities?

This is the one thing that's always had me kinda puzzle

It depends how they are taken out, and what your bias is. The lows today were taken out by just a wick and an immediate retracment into the range, plus several other factors that I will mention below added to my bullish bias.
If lows are taken out and there is a significant close below the lows and FVG created then that would have made the day a little more tricky and would have to wait for the market to show you where it wants to go. i.e. If there is a break down in price.
What added to the bullish bias?
Price had taken significant sell side already on the daily. We are in a bullish market, so expecting price to just wick into the daily FVG too was kind of a possibility as well. DXY was bearish today too, and on the same news it wicked into an Hourly FVG, and was really close to May monthly lows. Atleast all these things put together, would make you look for buys, especially since we are in a Bullish Market, till the daily says otherwise.
