I appreciate this video, it definitely is going to help me out. I got an insomnia (also claimed as anxiety and depression) increase from 0% to 30% several months ago. My occupational and social impairment is pretty bad and I know it should be at 70%. I was too proud during my C&P and I ended up saying some of my symptoms were improving. I am currently rated at 92%. I just got denied for cervical strain and upper radiculopathy. Should I wait before applying for an increase for mental health? I am getting seen soon for mental health at the VA because it has been almost a year since I went. I figured I'd apply after that. I must say, I am worried they may try to take my other benefits such as sleep apnea if I keep asking for increases. Thanks Jordan.

Vets like me put all the rating critera in our personal statement that is minimum 70% and tell the C&P examnier the same things but still get rated at 50%.
