You should go and put a claim again in about 6 months. Perhaps go first to your local Veterans Services office and set up an appointment with them about your claims. I did this 4 times and finally things started to move. I knew I had issues from my Military service. I went from 0% to 80% rating just for my hearing. 10% Tinnitus. Don't give up. I now have dizziness and balancing issues, so I may look into that.

You make it sound like you just send your nexus letter and personal statement with your claim and get approved. I cannot imagine them not scheduling you for a C & P exam?!

I was told Mineres Disease has no Etiology. Tinnitus is not a cause of Mineres Disease it is a Symptom of Mineres. I have a non SC case of Mineres Disease ( They Lost my In service medical records). Diagnosed outside the VA.

Certain doctors will opine that the inner ear condition of tinnitus could cause the inner ear condition of vertigo, and it’s been won as secondary. As long as a nexus letter is signed by a credible doc it can be granted

You’re selling free and available information to veterans. Making a profit off of veterans like this is sick. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Veterans, do your research. Use the VA m21 manual for all regulations and rules the VA follows. Use the 38 cfr to your advantage. And get a good VSO.

The va need to do a better job educating vets how to submit a fully developed claim and make it ratable to approve for the overworked understaffed claim processors.
