man you got me, i read the title and was like,, nooooo!!!!! say it aint so quarter hoarder!! but it's just good bye for this one field, for the time being,,
@22:07 I think that Silver item could be from another cuff link with the little loop broken off the back. Most probably from the Georgian era 18th century. 🙂.
Looks like you pretty much buttoned up that field. I liked that umbrella button. I do look forward to the house detecting, I think a little bit more than the fields. 1:10 harm fouses 😂
Dont forget the schools and churches also I've waited all year for my kids to get done with school so I can finish hitting the middle school I've found alot of mercs and v nickels last summer I'm looking forward to finding even more this year
@karinkasupski7234 Would love to, but my mom is a bit more frail these days. She is 89 and requires more time. I'm glad to see you've had some adventures since your wrist has healed!
I wonder If Charlie isnt the oldest ACTIVE weekly detectorist out there? I think he's a tad older than Doug?? Kudos Charlie and a toast to good health my brother!!!
Thank you again for letting me detect the Cob field with y’all. Jason did that small gem stone piece match up with the other item you found in that area?
It’s was great to have you join us Karin! The small silver stone was indeed part of that cufflink chain Rich found a few weeks earlier. That small area might be worth sifting through come next winter!
Hey Jason great hunt there. Congrats on all the Coppers and IHPs you all found. Its been a while since we've seen you find alot of finds. Love the Buttons you found and the Sterling Silver piece with the stone still in it. Congrats. Take Care everyone
This was a GREAT “Worst” of episode. 😂🤣. The Taco scene was like “Doug look at this coin… SQUIRREL!” I need to get my rear end down knocking on some doors in South Jersey. Can’t wait to see the home hunts next week!
I think the designs on those pewter buttons is supposed to be Edelweiss flowers. I make monuments(head stones) for a living and we put those flowers on them quiet often
It's amazing how blessed you guys are to have sites like that! 84 Coppers? It would take dozens of hunters on the other side of country years to come up with a small fraction of that total. We're so fortunate to live where we live. That sight was incredible, now it's on to the next!
I'm looking forward to you all getting back hunting the grounds of the houses. As an old Cornishman I'm intrigued at the masonry used as well as the styles of the older abodes.
Wow. I almost had a breakdown when I saw that title. 😮 you little turd! Ya got me. 😂😂 last field for the season, and a few good finds too. I love when you do house/yard detecting. The old toys, keys and jewelry are always great finds.
Jason you can just put the chicken and toppings into a snack size (or larger) Doritos bag. We call it a walking taco. Eat with a fork. Fritos are great too.
There has to be some old farm field that isn't planted this year. Don't give up so easily Jason. Maybe a hay field that has just been cut. Get Doug to work, looking!😀
You all got some awesome 'click bait' this week.. 😆 You had me worried... & who's the new guy without a hat ? Oh wait, it's Charlie... 😆 Great finds as always...
Sorry, I’ll be heading to Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, then coming home and heading to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown New York. August is already a busy month.
Yeah, I accidentally left my Accupoint on the charging station at home. I usually do a once over to make sure I have everything but at 5:30am I’m still a little groggy.
As much as a Doritos Taco shell sounds nasty, I think Doug pitched a possible home recipe. Run your Nacho Cheese chips through a food processor, turn it to dust, and then coat a corn tortilla shell - flash fry and shape the fold just like your coin...... I'd bet on it.
Not sure when you recorded this, but I hope Doug's okay. It may have just been the lighting, but his face looked extremely red. And it didn't help that I thought he was on crutches from that first shot of him holding a long thing in each hand. I guess it was his detector and maybe a shovel.
@dogtagdoug6751 Aw, thanks for replying to me, Doug. My husband and I really enjoy watching the Quarter Hoarder videos. I guess I had not noticed your face being so red before today. Between that, the appearance of crutches, and the "this is our last time" title, I was worried. I do particularly enjoy you and your good natured sense of humor, and the way you and Jason banter with each other. We live in Oklahoma, so there's not much chance of us finding the truly old coins, etc. that you all find, but our daughter did get us a metal detector for Christmas last year, a MineLab Go Find 22, I believe. I think it's a pretty remedial model, but fun to play around with. We need an arrowhead detector! You all take care and keep making those videos. We're out here watching!
"Indian" Penny's are funny. Have you ever noticed iced how it just looks like a French lady with a funny hat ? I wouldn't be super is e if they used a die again and carved the relief for the headless into it save money and time
Im in a mood to watch a Quarter Hoarder marathon. I saved every single video, and im about to watch them from the very first one to now.
You are THE GOAT 🙏☺️😁 Lately im in that mood every day 😍
man you got me, i read the title and was like,, nooooo!!!!! say it aint so quarter hoarder!! but it's just good bye for this one field, for the time being,,
Exactly... that's the same thing that l thought too.
I really hoped you wouldn't quit before I get to detect with you guys.
Throw that winged coin and see if it Flys!! Lol!!!
Amazing that when the last time those buttons were actually buttoned most of our country's history had yet to happen
Love seeing you giving God the glory Dougie!!
He said “ The signal blew my Earballs out “. 😂😂😂
@22:07 I think that Silver item could be from another cuff link with the little loop broken off the back. Most probably from the Georgian era 18th century. 🙂.
Gotta take care of those Ear Balls Jason....you don't want to blow them out. Some may refer to them as Ear Drums, but I hear you.
I hear you… good one!
How is Quarter Hoarder Earballs not your name Jason?? 😁 I remember when you first said “earballs” on video, made me laugh.
The little stone in sterling is a button!
Nice work kids!!!
You get to talking about taco bell too much you'll put Doug jogging to the brush patch. Been a good spot
Great Great Day of Finds Today!!! Thank you Jason for sharing them with us!!! God Bless Us All!!!
Hopefully the fields get a deep turnover for you guys!👍👍
My hopes exactly, but it’s rare that a farmer turns the soil over anymore around here.
I had a panic attack! Don’t you ever say that again!! ❤
Harm fouses huh…😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤ Great video as usual.
My mouth moves faster than my brain. 🙂
Looks like you pretty much buttoned up that field. I liked that umbrella button.
I do look forward to the house detecting, I think a little bit more than the fields.
1:10 harm fouses 😂
Nice one!
I would never harm fouses, or any creature for the matter. 🙂
😂😂😊
That’s what a good hard rain will do!!!
Dont forget the schools and churches also I've waited all year for my kids to get done with school so I can finish hitting the middle school I've found alot of mercs and v nickels last summer I'm looking forward to finding even more this year
Beeeeep
Those fields have been good to you all this year
You’re not kidding. We had a heck of a winter!
@@QuarterHoarder yeah you did
Good buy farm field till next harvest
Wow! Really great finds! Greetings from Finland

Wow, this hunt blew my mind, all those cool buttons and coppers , Jason's possible stone setting from a old sterling silver ring? God bless you all.

Cool finds..
They Just planted my two primary fields a couple weeks back. Like You said its time to move on to the houses and barns and out buildings Etc.
GL & HH
Those great field permissions sure made up for the Iowa hunt at Camp Hentesa!! I will be watching the Thursday night podcast.
Love seeing KK on this dig!
Thought you were coming to VT my friend! We could do some mountain biking and detecting!!
@karinkasupski7234 Would love to, but my mom is a bit more frail these days. She is 89 and requires more time. I'm glad to see you've had some adventures since your wrist has healed!
Nice hunt
The gem is most likely a Stuart’s crystal cufflink they were popular mid 1600s to mid 1700s
I love how you take your time in trying to ID many of the coins that are hard to ID. Enjoy your channel keep up the great videos!
That was some amazing fields. Can’t wait for next year when y’all return.
I wonder If Charlie isnt the oldest ACTIVE weekly detectorist out there? I think he's a tad older than Doug?? Kudos Charlie and a toast to good health my brother!!!
The constant walking around detecting is what keeps him young!
Instead of gooder, its better, gooder is not even a word
Gooder is definitely gooder than better.
Goody, gooder and goodest...definitely in the Southern lexicon dictionary.
@@justins3810 doesnt make sense, more better makes sense, but gooder, i mean come on, we gotta get rid of gooder.

Fantastic season guys and gals. 👍 Thanks for all the great videos. I love the joking that you all do. Don’t ever lose that.
There is so much history in that place. I would love to hear whatever you might know about it.
Was awesome following the cob field digs. Super cool to hang with you guys at the DTH hunt!
Awesome coins congratulations to the crew
Nice video. Happy hunting and Good luck 🤞🤞👍👍
Congrats on some great finds, even if you couldn't positively identify them. But no one is going to look great after 300 years in the ground 😂
Hey Jason great hunt there. Congrats on all the Coppers and IHPs you all found. Its been a while since we've seen you find alot of finds. Love the Buttons you found and the Sterling Silver piece with the stone still in it. Congrats. Take Care everyone

Great Coppers and buttons👍On to the houses
I don't need to be lookin at the top of your clump Jason!😂

Nice braided!!! They come up a solid 45 on my Legend.
That bit of a ring, is likely frosted glass or something. Likely not even a stone. Happy Hunting!
I think the designs on those pewter buttons is supposed to be Edelweiss flowers. I make monuments(head stones) for a living and we put those flowers on them quiet often
After googling them I think you’re right! Thanks for the ID!
No problem. Thanks for the great videos. Love the channel
You should take that copper coin that's bent like "bird wings" and throw it up in the air and see if it will fly away! Lol
Really!

This isn’t the norm for us either. Some fields are just exceptional like this one but they’re getting hard to come by.
The party's over!😂 Nice goods found in these videos Jason. Great job all! ❤

Jason, I got an Indian when I was there, so add that one to the mix.
That’s true! Surprising still only less then 5 Indians to close to 100 large cents. That field is just super old!
84 wow sure that wasn't a town or maby the city mucker's through them out with the horse poo. Just a thought. Blessings

Talking of Accupoint, I notice you are using a Garrett ProPointer AT, what happened did you give it away?
