    For me the courses in coloso is too expensive maybe because I still divide a lot of my money between paying for campus, food and renting a place to live.
    But I've seen several animation courses in Colosso that my college friends bought and indeed some really helped me in working on my animations and some I think I could get it free from someones RUclips videos.
    I just hope that some of the platforms that selling any courses will lower their prices a little because maybe many people or students like me will think twice about buying it because it's too expensive

      Courses are a way to QUICKLY figure out how to do something. Most of the time you can find someone on RUclips or work it out yourself it’s down to the individual how they want to spend their time and money. I’d love to be able to buy parts of courses - I don’t need a beginner 12 principles section in every course since I’ve already studied those myself. Good luck with your animation journey!!

    I can't draw if this course is a good start for someone who wants to be an animator 😊

      It does cover the basics/12 principles and then get into the fight scenes which is slightly more advanced! They’ve added plenty of other courses too since the last time I looked :)

      A good way to get into animation especially because there’s a free version!

    It never occurred to me to draw a background using a mirror feature.

    • @kdsketch
      @kdsketch  Год назад

      The mirror feature is so good! I’d use it all the time if I could - for backgrounds you can always use different layers to focus on individual buildings that you then reposition if you need to. Such a fun warm up exercise too :)

    I use adobe animate cc, would I still be able to use what I learn in these courses in that program or would I have to use the programs that are used in the courses to pull off certain effects?

    • @kdsketch
      @kdsketch  Год назад

      So while both courses mention specific tools in the software used, most have equivalent options in other animation programs so I was able to do these in TVPaint. However if your course has downloadable content and you don’t have the program used (Mary Kim uses clip studio paint) you would not be able to access her files unless you started a free trial and used that. Havzta used procreate and flippaclip and doesn’t have any extra downloads at this point. Hope this helps!

    15 to 45 min is what you call lengthy? You need to work on your attention span
