I honestly think that your videos are the most explanatory that I've come across. However, it is very heart-breaking to know that I asked a question but you didn't respond. It comes across as if either my question was a silly one, or you only value certain comments from your viewers/subscribers.
Come on, Kevin. That's not the way to treat your audience. You ask us to subscribe but still ignore questions.

For those whose slides are not changing automatically after the audio:
Go to Transitions > Timing > Advance Slide and check the box before After [timestamp].

Thanks Kevin. Great Video. I used to do narrated PP Slides but now use Camtasia. I use the " addin " Integration in PP for Camtasia and it puts it right into my video editor. This gives me the most professional product.

Kevin, this & your Audacity videos have been lifesavers - am trying to do a memorial video on my late mother for a family gathering in PowerPoint. QUESTION is there a way to make the timing of a slide to match the audio narration I did in Audacity? Or do I need to make a list of the timings of each narration & manually set the timing for the appropriate slide? Thanks for the awesome tutorials you've done, that are so easy to understand!

09:15 A good tip is also to not start to talk about whats in the next slide on before you click that "next slide"-button. If you record something like "And on the next we can see that [click] the sales has gone up according to this charts", then you will have a problem if you either insert a new slide between the two or you want to re-record one of the slides again separately.

A really good and useful presentation, thank you. How would you go about adding audio and camera to the PPT show: when you do that would that mean that you would simply have to record until it is perfect? As you will lose the sync of video and audio if you addapt in audacity. or is there a way to add both audio files and syncronised video?

Perfect timing as i'm now recording my RUclips video using Powerpoint recording and audacity and Devincci Resolve to add subtitles. I aim to add voice one slide by one slide and then also want to add background music to play until the end of the video. Then i will try to adjust my voice louder and the background music softer. Then I will save it as mp4 and import to DR to add substitles. I also notice Powerpoint can add caption but it seems totally not useful for adding subtitles. Pls post another video to talk about that function. Thanks.

Have you done a tutorial on editing and post production of an existing PowerPoint narration? Ie something that was recorded in PowerPoint and is associated with individual slides but I want to keep the relationship between slide and narration for that slide. Thanks!
