I love bagging for meal prep! It's so convenient. I do it for breakfast smoothies - I just buy frozen fruits and separate them into the ziplocs and just add my milk/juice, powders and seeds on the day of!

I had no idea how I was going to pack a vegan lunch that would fit in my bag and keep without refrigeration, but that sesame ginger noodle dish looks phenomenal.
I agree, chocolate and PB is so good! But I hate bananas so I just use unsweetened cocoa powder, PB2 (i don't use actual nut butters), almond milk, ice, and a sweetener. Really delicious.

You should reeeeeallllyyyy make a video about what basic food to buy when you go to the supermarket as it's kind of annoying having to buy little amounts of food everytime instead of just having most of the ingredients already at home ❤️

good breakfast! I would soak the seeds in almond milk in a bowl before and not cook them, then mix with the cooked oats porage ;) And why not eat the spinache raw?(=

I'm not vegan and rarely make it through the day without eating something unhealthy. But most mornings before school I make a smoothie, it has 1 cut up bananas A hand full of blueberries (I wing it most the time) Hand full of spinach (once again I wing it) A bit of milk (you can use a vegan substitute And a spoon full of honey (you can use a vegan substitute as well) Then I use the cool ninja blender thing and bam it's done It's really good if you're in a rush because it doesn't take more than 5 minutes and it tastes pretty good for being so simple

I didn't know there was a cookie flavour of the Vega protein! I love the vanilla, but instead of water I prefer to mix it with almond milk👌🏼

She probably cooked them from dry. Red lentils don't need soaking, so they are great for quick lunch or dinner as they also cook very fast :)
