Well again purchased with Coop review and this Titan Lat is very good but....- Coop's comments good/accurate on this one but..... I will say there is a lot of sway (both side to side and forward) on the top horizontal stanchion when doing maybe 160 ish pull downs, almost nervous to go above that amount of weight. Bolt down would not really help that with support only with back vertical 11 gage and the top horizontal support. Just seems to bend sway a quite bit when going heavier..
I recently ordered this item and disagree with packaging comments in video. Thin plywood box arrived in pieces and missing parts. Not sure if everyone else is getting "Coop" level service .
I'll wait until pandemic is over and for this lat pull down to drop back closer to $1k then I'll buy. I already have a function trainer for lat pull downs.
Plate loaded, especially for a bolt together like this. Titan products like a base weight for stability. Having the stable weight always on it better than getting a rocky feeling until you reach stable weight using Olympic horns
Great overview. Titan blew it on the padding though. They could have charged $50 more and added top level padding. It would have made the machine so much better IMO.
Looks like a solid product and doesn’t take tons of space. I wonder if this could be attached to a Rogue ML upright instead of using the back support piece.
Please review the valor fitness BD-62 cable machine. Small footprint, plate loadable, could be attached to a rack with some additional materials, dual pulley system, and fully adjustable.
When I brought the lat pulldown bar to my chest the weight stack hit the top crossmember and kept me from doing full ROM. Only thing that would keep me from buying it
Thx for your reviews and just subscribed! Seems like guys go out of the way to make cable lat / row easy to use and set up on their racks. Rogue slinger seems less than optimal and their other offering is too heavy and expensive. Personally I just use a stand alone plate loaded cable machine. Set up and ready to go. Need a review on powertec lat tower/low row now!
Is no one going to mention that this has been out of stock for a while. No insight of when this we be re stocked??
Damn you coop, I always buy your recommendations for my gym, you sure like spending my money
Mine had a missing piece, so I had to wait two weeks to get it. It's a good machine.
Alan's gonna freak out that you featured him in a pro-Titan video 💀
I need one of those for my garage...
I really want to see a plate loaded rack attached lat pulldown and low row. Like Williams Strength but for 1” hole racks.
Please review the valor fitness BD-62 cable machine. Small footprint, plate loadable, could be attached to a rack with some additional materials, dual pulley system, and fully adjustable.
Drawback with the base knee pads can’t adjust high enough for tall guys! 6ft3 have trouble fitting it.
When I brought the lat pulldown bar to my chest the weight stack hit the top crossmember and kept me from doing full ROM. Only thing that would keep me from buying it
Can't believe there was an Alan Thrall clip in this video and it wasn't him talking about how much Titan sucks.
Problem is this old Body Solid looks wimpy compared to my RM6. Looking to upgrade. Here’s a couple commercial grade options for less than $1K made out of 11 gauge steel. Might want to check these companies out. Great prices and reviews.

Both have top and bottom cables ready to pull. Zero set up time
Have you reviewed the fray fitness savage lat pull down? It looks more superior than titans version. Your perspective would be interesting.
Nice. I got the Xmark Lat Pulldown for $500. Might feel a bit flimsy compared to his but it's plate loaded up to 400lb and the seat can pop up to do curls. I might upgrade to something like this in the future though
I've been waiting for this video review! Hey coop, are you gonna get/review Titan's new functional trainer The Nemesis? if not, then I would just love to hear your thoughts on it based on its looks.
Did you do a video of the Fray Fitness version of the lat pulldown? I’m torn between the two. Thank you
