I also enjoy a gentle physical exfoliator every now and then! If you don't overdo it it's fine. And i typically follow up with a moisturising mask, which I can't do with chemical exfoliators.
oh my goodness, I know it's not good either, but sometimes sandpapering your face feels effing amazing. I try not to do it too often, but I might sometimes do it too often. or okay, maybe twice a month but I could do it more often and be in sandpapered face heaven.
