When I first started Korean, my textbook gave only the smallest of explanations about the difference, and so I never truly learned the difference. Thank you for your hard work!

Can "우리 형이 집에 도착하면 나한테 전화해. " also mean "My brother calls me when he arrives home"? Or is it whenever the sentence uses 이, we can safely just assume that the second clause say 너는 나한테 전화해. And same goes for sentence 2, if 은 is used for the first clause, I can safely assume the second clause is "우리 형은 나한테 전화해"? 1) 우리 형이 집에 도착하면 나한테 전화해. Call me when my brother arrives home. 2) 우리 형은 집에 도착하면 나한테 전화해. My brother calls me when he arrives home. Thanks
The sentence #1 sounds "Call me when my brother arrives home" only. I repeated the sentence by myself over and over and it sounds just the same. And the 2nd one sounds "My brother (usually or normally) calls me when he arrives home" only.

I hear the reading of the sentences and see the writing and the movement from one sentence to the next is very quick. I guess, I could always just pause the youtube and continue to the next sentence when I am ready. :-)
