    Kind of ironic. Today is the day. Today is the day Ive had enough of carrying this extra weight around. I just moved to this area and have no clue if there is one within 30 miles. I live kinda off the beaten path. Anyways, I opened youtube there you were. Thank you for being so encouraging and congratulations on your weight loss. You look beautiful. Tomorrow find a weight watchers group

    Great tips! Very motivating. I lost 60 lbs and maintained for about 3 years then stopped tracking and thought I had “arrived”. I am getting back on now. I now realize I am someone who can never be “off”. I am too addicted to food. Thought I can handle eating chips or drinking pop now but I couldn’t. Going forward I am going to maintain by just having one cheat day. That always worked! Hardest thing are gatherings where people say oh ur skinny now u can eat! It won’t hurt u, but that is the wrong mindset. One thing turns into several days and then I packed the pounds back on! Now have 30 to lose

    I started watching your videos to help me work on my Etsy Shop, but I love that you started talking about Weight Watchers. I downloaded the app over the weekend. I have lost 10 lbs over the past year, but I really needed something to keep me more accountable and kickstart more weight loss. I have been slowly watching your videos from the beginning and look forward to catching up to the present. Can’t wait to sit down over my holiday break from teaching to really revamp my Etsy shop.

    wonderful video I joined WW in March - I use online only. Now I am trying to get used to the new Freestyle program. I have lost 32 lbs and have 20 left so I just need to get thru the holiday season which includes my birthday and then continue on...
    Can't wait to see more videos from you and how you transition to maintenance

    You're doing awesome! Ive never tried weight watchers personally but I know its really helped a lot of people. Personally problem is constantly having car problems and not being able to get to the gym or work. I also can't afford produce at the moment. Still doing the best I can, things will happen in their own time.

      You can use their app now. I don't have a lot of money, so I'm going to sign up for that. It's roughly $20 a month. I hope to be able to upgrade to meetings soon. I want to exercise at home and take advantage of the free exercise programs that are available through the NYC Parks Dept and Zumba offers free & low cost classes. I'm sure that you can find something nearby or watch free exercise videos online. Good luck :)

    Thank you, I really needed to hear this. Sadly weight watchers isn't for me as I have too many food intolerences, but in saying that, you have encouraged me to do what I ought to, to get my weight down. Thank you again for the little push you've given me. And just by the by, my birthday is the 19 march so no excuses for me. :)

    This video is wondeful, I am trying to get on track with health and fitness not so much to lose weight (though it wouldn't hurt) but just to feel better. I've been emotional eating too much and I physically just feel ill from it, I want to make a permanent change. No instant gratification is worth the sluggishness, low energy, and stomach aches.

    I just finished my first week of weight watchers and it’s so fun to see that you said you started the day after your 28th.... I started less than a week after my 28th - after I finished all the decadent foods from my birthday 😂

    It’s funny...just this weekend my husband and I rearranged things so that I couldn’t reach the cookies and chips that he eats plus I won’t see them. WW has really been working for me lost 30.5 lbs so far have a long way to go but it’s a great start! Good luck on your journey!!

    I’m on a weight loss journey too. I haven’t exercised much but I’m going to start. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds in 100 days just eating healthy using the Keto diet. It consists of high fats, medium protein, and very low carbs. I do have a cheat day 1 day a week which I feel has satisfied my crazy sweet tooth. Before I started I would eat over 200 grams of sugar a day now I eat less than 5.

      Wow! I know people have AMAZING results from eating Keto. I have thought about it for other health reasons.... maybe in 2018...

    You inspired my daughter and I to try weight watchers and so far, we are both losing weight, so thank you so much for that. I have a bit a problem though, and wonder if you have any suggestions for us. We are plant based eaters, so no meat and dairy. My daily points are 23 with 35 for the week. I am 63, so less points for me per day. Because I don't eat chicken (or any meat), I don't get to use 0 points for a portion of a meal that most on a SAD diet would do, and that would be 2 out of 3 meals per day as a rule. So I have to use more points to make a meal. That only allows for 2 meals a day and a small snack. I try to make up for it by eating more fruit. I used cronometer just to see how many calories I am consuming and it is around 800 calories per day, which I think is well under the starvation point. My big concern is that I am going to go into starvation mode, where my body holds onto the calories thinking I am in starvation mode. Do you think I should up my points to add more calories to my diet per day or leave it and hope for the best?

    For those that plateau, intermittent fasting & ketogenic diet is what’s recommended to help those that struggle.
    Dr. Eric Berg has a really nice explanation of both.

    So great. I would really like to know how you resisted cravings in the beginning? Also how you deal with those days where you are busy tired and stressed and end up eating less healthy food for the convenience?

      I lost 70 pounds in 2002 on WW I, going to follow the old plan again because it worked so well for me need to lose 30 now

      Harshika chauhan make sure you have the full permission of those who make them but it would probabaly be fine, though it might be hard to build your brand

    So awesome! I was reading that they're changing the program starting in January. Will you stick to the current program or try the new one?

      They actually switched the program for me this week. Definitely going to take some getting used to. A lot of things (eggs, chicken breasts, turkey breasts, beans, corn, nonfat Greek yogurt) are now Zero Points. My daily points dropped A LOT because of this. Think it will help beginners, but a bit tuff for me since I'm in the groove of getting 30 SP a day. We shall see! I'll try to answer that question in a different video.

      A friend of mine said she thinks counting calories is easier. She said she never really got the points. I think WW is so much easier.

      Cut out sugar and carbs. Eating more on the Paleo end of things (while still tracking with WW) has been helpful.
