If the cards are shuffled exactly right, you get a "chance" at winning. That "chance" is only if you make EVERY single right movement and chest opening etc... Which is like a 1/20 for chests on top of your 1/???? Chance that the game was "stacked" in your favour in the first place
It’s not too hard though, just be smart. There are checkpoints after each boss. I’ve made it to the first boss on my fourth run and beat him on the first encounter

If you put your ps5 in rest mode without exiting the game, when you come back you'll be able to play from exactly where you left off so if you're deep in a run an need to go do something, thatll help ;)

The presentation and sound is amazing. The gunplay is tight and frantic. But seeing the same environments and enemies over and over and over and over is getting tired. Can’t beat the first boss.
Save up those ethers and always use the reconstructer! Use RUclips videos on how to beat the bosses! The game is to fun to give up! Plus it's soooo satisfying when you finally beat something you've been stuck on!
Most newer decent headphones support 3D audio. It's not in the headphones, it's in the console. Just don't want people to think they have to buy the offical ones or some other more expensive headsets. I'm using my Turtle Beach Stealth 500 from my PS4 and they work great, 3D audio and all.

Even though the worlds are randomly generated, it gets boring fast, not worth $70 bucks. They needed to make more items you can keep to make you a bit OP in the early levels so you can get back to where you were faster. Or at least keep HP upgrades or something.
They needed a lot more content in this game. More enemy types, more bosses, more attack variations, more customization options, more buff opportunities, more challenges, and a mode that increases difficulty through modifiers for each successive run. This game isn't even worth $30 in its current state.

Already getting tired of this game. It's like they thought bringing back the whole "start from the beginning" crap from 80's and 90's games would be some cool nostalgia here. IT'S NOT. Especially since the level is soooo long. Nice looking game, the movement is fluid, but I'm ready to stop playing already after about an hour and a half. If it takes 2 hours or more to get through a level, it's not for me.

Find 3 green healing items but don't pick them up. Heal by sleeping at your ship and THEN pick them up to increase overall health.
Now this is actually useful tip!
With the new patch that’s gone. Only one sleep will give you 50% of health now. Then after that nothing anymore.

If you are having trouble with overloads>start>settings> HUD> turn crosshairs to thick and large. Night and day difference.

Guys remember that you can go back to your ship during any run to sleep and replenish your health ! This might be tedious but it works
Not anymore. Housemarque nerfed the ship strategy in the last patch. Now you can get only one small heal per run. :(
Really wish there were checkpoint saves on this game! It's OK if your a gamer who has hrs to spare 4 gaming but for the rest of us, it's frustrating!

Green healing towers will not only heal enemies and make some invulnerable but if you have nerves of steel it will heal you too.

You can go back to your ship to heal just have to go to sleep can do it till full hp again doesn’t reset anything just gives you hp
That’s only helpful if you still in the first biome but you can’t fast travel between biomes

You can break shields with L2 boom effects, it’s useful when fighting against those red shields as*holes when you don’t have the melee yet😂😂
