@@kabitamukhopadhyay3957 Hey Kabita, that's a great question. Usually, you can find this information on university websites. But we have given a general overview in the link shared above. For a more detailed view, you can pick a few universities and go through the MS in EE website.
Hello @Yocket, Regarding pre requisite courses mentioned for switching majors, do you have example of any platforms that offers such courses? do nptel courses count?
Hey Mr. Snape, US universities usually provide pre-requisite courses/subjects which need to be completed before you can take on the more "core" subjects of your degree. This can be provided by the university you're applying to itself or by other universities that can prepare you through certifications/online classes. However, it is taught by an officially recognized university. So, NPTEL courses won't be considered as a qualifying pre-requisite course. Here's an eg for a pre-requisite course: engineering.nyu.edu/academics/programs/nyu-tandon-bridge
Hey, I'm about to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and I want to do MS in Data Science in US. My Undergrad curriculum includes 3 semester-long Professional Elective course in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. so what are my chances of an admit, and should I take up any prerequisites?
Hey, I recently graduated and want to apply for masters next year fall. And I want to take a break for like this whole year! Is it going to impact my applications?
Hey Bharath, taking a break year is not a problem per se, especially if you're not very clear on what you want to study further. But if you do know what course/subject you want to take up, then 1 year is valuable time and you can use this to boost your application chances by boosting the "weaker" areas of your application... either in terms of test scores/practical experience etc.
Can Bachelors in Pharmacy students can Study Masters in Finance in USA/Canada ?
