This is a time taking process as boiling tomatoes and grinding them it'll cause a large amount of utensils also i prefer to make a puree of tomatoes using the hand grater i am also 13 year ild
@Husna Bhamji it was super good. You can add or less spices or vegetables according to your preferences. If you want add a bit of red food colour. To make it red sauce pasta.
If u don't like that tamatari flavour don't try red sauce instead go for masala pasta I have tried this and it was good but that flavour of tomatoes was wild for me even I have used limited according to portion size and yaah i know what u expect from red sauce pasta but just a remainder 💁😬
I followed this receipe overall everything was good but it was way more spicy my mouth is burning. ... Don't put 4 dry chillies...just 2 is enough....🙃🙃😊
Yes, and it tasted really good. But be careful of the spice factor. It has dried red chilies, black pepper and chilli flakes, all of which are spicy.. I personally used 2 dried chillies and it still turned out a bit too spicy for my taste.

For me red sauce pasta means adding ketchup😂
After blanching/boiling the tomatoes you need to remove the skin. If you are not doing that then what's the use of blanching.
