[INGREDIENTS]
To Boil the Pasta:
1 Tsp oil
Salt to taste
1 Cup good quality Penne pasta
Cold water
To make red sauce:
3 Medium sized boiled tomatoes
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tsp crushed garlic
1 Medium sized finely chopped onion
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp chilli flakes
1 Tsp crushed black pepper
1 Tsp oregano
1/4 Cup water
1 Tsp tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
1 Medium sized diced capsicum
¼ cup sweet corn
To make white sauce:
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp all purpose flour(maida)
1 Cup milk
1 Cheese slices

I've tried this recipe and instead of white sauce which u made,I add mayonnaise in red sauce and after that I add pasta into it...u won't believe it tastes exactly like white sauce and not much effort is needed than urs recipe..but ur recipe gives me much idea..thank u so much:)
