When I was your age, illegal things tended to trigger me. In other words, I crossed the line quite often. But I've also learned a lot. At least when it came to rockets, fireworks and explosives. As you can still see in the older videos on my channel. But I would also advise against it. I ended up paying the price in the form of quite expensive fines. And there were minor accidents too. But it's a cool hobby anyway. I also built a lot of model rockets, fireworks and firework bombs. And I now have a large fireworks license. And it was less of a problem back then. Half the village knew it was me when there was a bang. But the people and even the police back then were much more relaxed and let me get on with it. Nowadays, people call the police for everything. The police get several calls nowadays for almost every firework display I've authorized.
Yep, it's annoying that there are such strict laws that mainly avoid the production of explosives but also include model rockets, which is totally understandable. It's worse in Ireland though, cause there's no clubs or anywhere that sells model rocketry-related stuff at all, which makes things much more tricky and expensive.
The ignition will occur in under 0.5 seconds, with the rocket hopefully remaining on the launch pad until all motors reach full thrust. Igniters are taped to the motors, detaching only after ignition.
Bros on my youtube homepage. Nice one dudeee!!
Adapting to the problems is half the battle. Good job man!
Good to see you didn't give up - looking forward to the flight!
Quickmatch is the most reliable way of lighting multiple motors. It's available from most european vendors. Keep at it!

New setup who dis

So how do you ensure all three motors fire at once? Even a slight mismatch would cause differential thrust no?
