    Definitely a great list! I’ve got to try a leg pillow, my mum can’t sleep without her and it would be amazing if it helps my pain too! I 100% agree a stuffy is a must! My bed has a lot of them on and my boyfriend puts them all on his side so they’re not in the way of all my tossing and turning in the night! I hope you’re feeling better now, the quality wasn’t that bad honestly but don’t forget you can rest as long as you need to if you don’t feel up to making a video (I know I’m this case you said it distracted you though so I’m glad about that 😊) 💖

      Dont waste another second! get a knee pillow asap! It changed my life! Helps my ribs from dislocating and subluxations less while im sleeping as well as helps with my hip and lower back pain! Please get one ASAP! It'll make a huge difference in your quality of sleep and your pain in the morning! At least, it did for me and I hope it does for you!

    Neeed to get me those ear plugs and the wrist braces with the bean bag thingy

      Highly recommend it! I've had some much relief by wearing this brace every so often! The ear plugs are great for loud crowds too since they are small and easy to take in my pocket or purse in their carrying case :)
