So nice & beutyfull awesome script just like every one Husbands & Wife's but this signe of most loving couples confusion. # Best regards love & respect 💞💞 Saadi Yousuf Hassan Shaikh Karachi Pakistan
Saying "I love you" constantly is primarily an American cultural behaviour. Indian culture or any other culture, rarely use those words because as Dev said in this excellent short film, why does he have to say it when his actions should prove how much he loves Radha. I implore Indians to stop becoming overly Americanised in your thinking and expectations. Saying anything of value constantly dilutes the meaning of those words. In the USA, every one is a "friend", there are no acquaintances. But, in other cultures a friendship is a very tight bond between fewer people.
yes, I agree what you are saying. My husband is just like that. He has never expressed saying "I love you" but thankfully I can overcome that expectation from him saying what I would love to hear! My son had created a website for my husband and that website received #1 in that particular field of that website. So, I told my husband, why don't you just say some good words of praise that he did a good job, and I got the same answer " in our culture it is not required to praise our own family members, may that be wife or kids! " I really cried that day, but one can not force someone to change with the time! I am totally opposite of his thinking/behavior, I would appreciate each and every good deed, no matter who the person has done something good. Isn't it a challenge to survive 52 years of happy married life! Two diagonally opposite personalities living together! 😀. I think I should be awarded a medal if there is one! 😀
There is nothing wrong is praising a child or spouse but it has to be meaningful. Obviously your husband is at the other extreme. I am sorry he does not meet you half way by compromising and probably expecting you to make all the compromises, Unfortunately the older generation women have had to put up with a lot of 💩 from their spouses. But Hopefully the younger generation are more open. You are indeed a saint and deserve a Gold Medal!!😊 @@meerabakshi2676
Beautifully made film... nicely scripted... finely acted by all characters....well directed...this is perfect example of how maturity plays important role in married life...the film moves very smoothly and sweetly through ear pleasing dialogues and ends on right note. Thanks to all who are connected with making of this mind blowing venture..
Wonderful movie, every real life partner have this same situation, shown in such a beautiful way if you want to save your relationship must watch movie...❤🎉 congratulations osam entertainment for coming up with such a wonderful story
Lovely film.. yet i feel they should have shown that expressing your love is equally important. Yes implicit emotions develop over a period of time. But expressing and assuring your partner is equally important... Liked the subtleness of the movie though 👍
Beautiful story and beautiful ending. Due to lack of communication we don’t know each others feelings and understandings. Key to success is continued communicating.
Communication is the key for any relationship to not only sustain but to thrive. Mutual understanding is important, but so are individual expectations. In Radha and Dev's case, they stopped being partners. Instead, they were fulfilling their roles as parents. Once those responsibilities were over, Radha felt unfulfilled. Dev, on the other hand, expected her to "feel his love," without him having to express his feelings. This is where a major disconnect was. Just imagine, had they better appreciated each other, how different the previous 30 years might have been? In life, there are no iterations. We get only one chance to live any moment. It is totally up to us how we spend it. Building relationships or discounting them.
A very nice concept!! Good direction, acting, cast & script. I didn't like the girl's forwardness at first, but as the story progressed even she became more likable!? Sure women can do anything a man can do, but flirting & cheating have always been a put off for me, personally. I also happen to be a generations away from the "happenin' crowd" of today, and our moral standards were different wayyy back then!? The theme was a very sweet one & well executed!! Although the ending was very sweet, and ideal, it felt a bit unrealistic to me, under the circumstances. The older couple patching up was cute, but when it came to the youngsters SHE was all fired up, and I doubt she would have agreed to wait it out - L😆L!? I liked it, but the tough critic in me wasn't blown away. Namaste from USA!!
Excellent use praising words & kind words for everyone it works like a magic and spend more time for ur loved ones from the busy schedule. Ache shabdo k bolne ka tax to nahi lagta to baar baar dohrane me harz hi kya 😊😊
Sahi baat hai, par hamaari sanskruti vaale mard aise mithe shando.n ka istemaal karane mein kanjus hotey hai.n. aur dusari baat, jo yahaan laagu nahin hoti, par vaise hi bataa rahi hun, hum aurato.n ko Pati ki pasnadeeda chije.n pakaane mein ya unko pasand ho vo karane mein unki aankho.n mein chamak dekh kar ek prakar se sukun aur santosh milataa hai, par ees ke liye 2 shabd bakhaan ki aashaa nahin rakh sakate..par vahi pati jab kabhi baat aise makaam pe aati hai ki patni jhallaa ke bol padati hai, ki mujhe ye ye chhej pasand hai par aapane kabhi ees kaa mere kahe binaa us baat kaa khayaal karatey huve surprise nahin diyaa jo ki mujhe saanadaascharya khush kar dey! Tau Patidev kahete hai, aise binaa bole hum kuch karen aisi aashaa rakh ke aaj tak chup rahi tau aaj jaise boli vaise bolane mein kyaa takalif thi? Yaani ki vo "surprise" vaalaa element ki un ko kuchh kadra hi nahin hai! maang ke lene mein kyaa majaa? khair, jo hai so hai! Shukriya.
Really enjoyed watching it. This was so interesting I got engrossed in the film. That's what a good film is i believe. The emotions were relatable and so much real for both the couples. Narrative is so underrated but very effective. It's brilliant execution. Everything about it very precise and flawless blends together. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful story 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🌹 Tikujis performance is outstanding he is a brilliant actor. The background score is beautiful. Well directed and executed. Waiting for the next film. Thanks team ...
I have been a avid watcher or short films and over a sequence of watching i was stuck here... What a beautiful depth in those lines... She says.. I am a reader.. Thats different
Very unique story, maybe most of life partners undergo this sometime in their life ,but need to understand each other and care for each other! Really touched my heart 👌👍👏👏👏👏👏
Maybe I am not fit in the current social setup..but why these 4 people shown here drinking? Whole world know DRINKING ruins person/family life and ruins everything, and yet "drinking" has become the social status! Well, story was nice and everyone's acting was great. Thanks.
Excellent film in all ways. However i differ in one aspect: if Dev has said for whatever reason, that he doesn’t love Radha, the deep hurt and sense of betrayal/ abandonment that she has experienced is trivialize and invalidated by all 3 characters when it's expected that she should accept that he loves her through his gestures, which again are largely unspoken and hidden. Not fair to expect the woman to be always be the eternal forgiving mother to everyone and bury her needs and emotions.
I have been through that. But it just happened that my husband is going through one after the other illnesses as if my retirement was meant only to serve another job. Retired from the 9-5 job and my caregiving sneaked in 24/7/all these years. I thank GOD that I can totally devote my time to his care. Not worry about job schedules or job commitments, no juggling between other responsibilities. All people knowing me and my close as well as distant family members say, what I am doing, no body can do that, but at home everything is taken for granted. In fact, I am getting ridiculed that what I would do if not this as I am retired! I am a painting artist and love sewing , craft etc creative activity but never showed my resentment that I can not attend those things because my first duty is to take care of his health! Very rarely when some moments did made him so very helpless, realizing what if I was not there, he had said I was a super woman who handled the tough situation/s managing medical need, ER hospitalization, providing IV infusion twice a day for several days during the home treatment, though I am not a medically trained person, all by myself where as he do not see if any other family member could have managed so very well! For me that was no less that a "BHARAT RATNA" award! 😀
