Hi Gabby, Thank you for this excellent update, recap, and coverage. Your interest in my story is greatly appreciated, as well as your kind words. Also, thank you to your subscribers for viewing this. I have always said “ leave no stone unturned “ and casting the widest net is the best way to find answers. You are helping us do just that! Please keep doing what you do... and thank you again.
"Kevin's" family is so unwilling to interact with his mother and brother, it's just heartbreaking. They say, "She's dead, let it go." But she KIDNAPPED a child! If she had been victim to an illegal adoption, surely they would come forward and say that. It's maddening.
Right? The fact that the "alleged child kidnapper" is listed as his mother on "Kevin"/Paul's obituary is the ultimate disrespect in my book. She might have gotten away with it, which in no way reduces her guilt. Or is it OK to kidnap children, as long as you don't get caught? If she was arrested back in the day like she deserved, she most likely would have spent some time in jail
On the bright side apparently Kevin himself did get to speak to his real mom on the phone a couple of times before he passed though. Hope that was relieving for her.
People are complicated. I too felt indignation at his real mother being slighted like that and a kidnapper being glorified but to him she was always just mom. We love our mothers often when they don't deserve it. We also dont have her side, this wouldn't be the first time I heard the idea that it was ok to lose 1 baby because the couple is young and fertile and can have another. I really do think people thought that more in the past. Maybe it was to soften the blow from all those coerced adoptions and infant deaths , I dont know. I've known people who had it happen where they were pressured by their own spouse to give up a baby to a family friend who was barren because it was easy enough to make another and she already had 4 anyway. Perhaps her own baby had died and she couldn't afford a legit adoption and found a crooked doctor willing to facilitate one for cheap.
"Paul" can be lucky that he grow up in a better family ... I wish he could find his sister :/ Sad Story about "Kevin" :( he seemed to be a kind person. Thank you so much for the Update.
It is a miracle that Paul/Kevin was found. And it is a miracle that the Fronczak parents were there to care for a little guy who surely would have had a horrific childhood. It is an unexpected good deed from the FBI that they 'gave' the Fronczak parents a child to raise after the horror they went through and the reality that "real" Paul would likely never be found. There are so many ethical issues around what the FBI did. But I do think they saved both the parents and the abandoned toddler.
Paul's story is so sad to me. I really hope he is at peace with what he has found so far. As for Jill, how her family could not speak about her or where she went is beyond comprehension. * Paul, you seem like a nice, caring person. I hope that one day you have all of the answers you seek.
My oldest brother was born in Chicago, December 1964. My poor mom was only 19 and said this case terrified her. To this day, when a great grandchild is born she trusts no one at the hospital!
I have been praying that Jill’s safe and has a family of her own. It would be great closure to know she managed to make her own life. Who knows perhaps one of her hypothetical grandchildren are conducting a genealogical search and they have sent a DNA sample to find more biological relatives. Long lost relatives have found each other via genealogy.
His adoptive parents were not the ones who took him. The kidnapper took their son. He was found by authorities as a toddler and they thought he was the missing son. Instead, he and his twin sister were apparently abandoned by their bio parents, thus far only he was found and adopted, they can’t find his sister. At least, as far as I have seen.
I was always so curious as to who the REAL Paul Fronzack was when I first learned of this case...so thank you for making this video!! It is sad that he is no longer around and that his parents didn't get the justice they deserved
Gabby, I have much respect for how much you care about people and, your beauty and intelligence shines when you report on cases of crime and tragedy. Thank you.
What creepy people, nobody stopped by the cop shop or family services to tell somebody? Leaving a baby on a curb, horrible! And he is just so perfect...
Yeah. I hope Jill is found and the twins can get to know each other once again. If she has kids and grandkids then there are a lot of lost years to build up a relationship between him and Jill’s hypothetical children and grandchildren. A lot of birthdays and holidays were missed because of being separated. Also I hope his and Jill’s birth parents are roasting in hell. To abuse children, your own children especially, would probably land you in a not pretty place in the afterlife or else reincarnated as a bug.
Times were different.. I think the first child abuse laws came out in the 60's..(after and) they were developed from animal abuse laws. Hard to believe. My Mom was from Denmark. She lived there through the second World War. Her Father killed her mother when she was around 8 years old. Nothing was done. My Mother was Definitely affected her whole life. Unfortunatley there are still places in the world where these things still happen. Women and children seen as property.
@@Mikkibriteside Sadly true, even in the 1950s, my mother said you could go to prison for beating a dog but nothing would be done for beating your wife or children.
I'm very invested in cases involving siblings looking for answers on other's siblings going missing, being murdered or otherwise victimized (Alissa Turney, Delphi, etc) so I wish Jack/Paul is able to find Jill and finally solve all of the puzzle. Kevin Baty aka real Paul Fronczak had _independently_ learned that he was Paul? not due to Jack aka Paul's investigation? Wow.
Well, I think Kevin learned about the truth because of Jack/Paul’s investigation. I mean Jack/Paul probably made all the Fronczak’s upload their DNA profile’s on different genealogy websites, so when Kevin’s daughter did the test it was revealed she was a very close relation of the Fronczak’s.
The fourth mystery is WHO stole the baby from the Fronzak family? It probably was Lorraine and someone in the family should have some info. That woman caused so much pain
Thank you for the update video. I'm happy that the real Paul Fronzak and Jack Rosenthal were found. Unfortunately, I believe that Jill Rosenthal is deceased.
This is so amazing and bittersweet. How wonderful that some of this mystery was worked out. Thanks for always presenting such difficult and fascinating material in so respectful a manner.
I would say this is like a soap opera--except it's real, which makes it so much more heartbreaking. The real Paul didn't even have time to reconcile all this new information. Thanks for the updates on this case. I don't know how this whole situation can possibly have a satisfying resolution, but I'll hope for one, anyway. On a more positive note, Happy Holidays, Gabi. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.🎅🤶
Wow tragic just so much that's crazy how authorities finding him. Thinking he was the real paul. Eventually bringing light to his own heartbreaking story.
What a sad and horrible set of circumstances. It is a two way street, not wanting to meet your sibling and birth mother punishes them. I don't understand that thinking. My Uncle had a half sister (and a half-niece) that he could have met and chose not to, despite being less than an hour away. This denied her the opportunity to meet one of her half-siblings on her father's side and my father (his brother) is dead and couldn't. I can't help it, but it has changed how I view him. If he he isn't interested in them, then he isn't interested in me, no matter what he says.
Here's some month theme suggestions in case you ever need them because I really like alliteration. -Justice Served January - solved cases with harsh punishments -Walked Free February - cases where there prime suspect was acquitted for some reason -Jane Doe June / John Doe July -Survivor September - stories of survivors of kidnappings or attempted murder -Occult October - cases involving some element of the paranormal/ cults/etc -New Hope November - cases that led to positive changes in the justice system, new charity efforts, etc.
I don’t think she did it herself. She was a pretty wealthy woman, right? So she probably paid someone to go out and find her a baby, no questions asked, you know what I mean? Like I won’t ask and you don’t tell, just get me a baby. And whoever she paid went out and snatched a baby for her. That way she could lie to herself that she didn’t do anything wrong and convince herself the baby she got was probably abandoned or horribly cared for so she did the baby a favor by taking him in…. Rich people like that almost never get their own hands dirty, they get other people to do the dirty work *for* them and convince themselves they’re still a “good person” afterwards.
@@Mikkibriteside Or maybe he didn't want publicity because he was dying of cancer and didn't want the stress and distraction of people contacting him for interviews, etc. The man had the right to die in peace - he did nothing wrong. Paul (born Jack) had the right idea to respect his privacy.
I absolutely adore your channel. You are able to successfully balance comedy and the seriousness of these horrendous crimes. It can not be easy since the topics are so tragic but you can do it so well. Please keep them coming and giving these stories the attention they deserve! Thank you.
I just saw a video about CNN's movie called The Lost Sons about this case and look forward to watching it for new info. I too was born in 1964... October though... and found out 53 years later that my parents were not my biological parents through a genealogy DNA test. I'm still putting a lot of it together. Supposedly my aunt worked at a maternity hospital and some how an adoption was arranged. I have no paperwork though as mom supposedly had the attorney that did it keep everything. She then swore everyone to secrecy. All the relevant parties are since deceased and our state has closed adoptions. So I may not learn much else.
Thank you for your compassionate and interesting update on this case, which I've been following for many years. Paul, best of luck in finding Jill. I hope you're able to be reunited with each other.

Def think Lorraine took Paul or at least got him illegally. I don't think they would have found him if not for his daughter doing the Dna test. Too hard when you're at the end of your life to suddenly re-evaluate everything you know or maybe he felt the same way his parents did-the ppl who raised him were his family and he doesn't need to know anything else?
It’s pretty wild to me that they managed to rip the twins out of all of the old pictures… But I’m still wondering if perhaps it’s possible that there are negatives of those photos tucked into picture envelopes somewhere in a drawer or a box in an attic? I feel like my parents have tons of picture envelopes stuffed all over, and the negatives are always spilling all over the place.
They say he got to talk to his biological mother before he died. I wish his kids could put the story together about their grandparents. If Kevin was adopted by them or stolen by the woman that raised him.
I've been watching you cover this fascinating and sad case since 2019. I watched your update and now YAY 😃 solved? Update two? Fantastic. I live the way you present your content. 💖💖💖 God bless you for spreading awareness to these lost and sometimes forgotten souls...
This is such a sad case overall because both Paul and Jack’s stories have so many things still unsolved and unknown due to time and miscommunications. I genuinely hope Jill is found one day soon.
Great case update! I've followed this and watched every-one of your videos on this. It is definitely bitter-sweet. I hope Jill is found. I agree-forgiveness is a strength and 'Paul' is so brave and I hope he gets all the answers he wants. xxx
Forgiveness is hard when you are young and idealistic. But time and life's hardships smooth out alot of our rough edges, and forgiveness comes easier, especially when you need forgiveness yourself.
People who can't forgive i think just haven't fucked up big enough or admitted it to themselves to develop some humility. We all screw up, we all at some point are the villain in someone's story. Something we did or said hurt someone in ways they still carry with them I promise. You cannot be everything to everyone all the time in perfect grace. Hence to err being human and to forgive divine
As he was legally Paul Fronczak, there would have been no need to be adopted by the Fronczak couple so either everyone knew it wasn’t him or you’re wrong about repeatedly calling his “return” to them his “adoption”. He was never declared dead, and for an adoption to take place, birth parents must sign over their rights or have them stripped by a judge in court. The Fronczaks wouldn’t have given up their own parental rights then gone through the rigorous adoption process to adopt the same child.
Thank you so much for the update! Lots of the piece’s of the puzzle are fitting together. Just seems like the real Paul’s family would want to know their biological family. Their is another brother the Fronczak’s had I believe. It would be so good if Jill could be found.Would make a good movie.
Oh, the humanity! My Dad was a serious genealogist. He had abiding faith in the paper trail, and couldn't accept the notion that there may have been deceit in that record. Modern DNA technology will rewrite much of what we think we know.
I barely discovered today that Paul has been found. I always look at cases about disappearances, murders and mysteries as such. I saw this video talking about Paul’s case today (which I have heard before) and I decided to look more into it, to see if there were any updates (since the video was 2 years old and k thought there would be something extra). I discovered that Paul was found at last some time ago but may he Rest In Peace! I’m glad he got to talk to his mother at least. I hope they find Jill though. Hope she’s alright!
I wish the real Paul and his mum had got to meet again before he died :( and I hope the now Paul finds out what happened to his sister :/ Personally, I don't think she's alive. This is my own speculation but I get the feeling the parents didn't want the twins (maybe the dad wasn't the biological dad or something and took it out on them) I think one of the parents killed Jill accidentally or through lashing out and not meaning to actually kill her. The reason I don't think they intentionally murdered her to get rid of her is because of how they abandoned Jack. I think if it was intentional, they'd have just killed both of the twins, not just one. I hope I'm wrong and Jill is out there, maybe they sold her to a family who wanted a child 🤞 and she's had a great life. I hope Paul finds peace one day and gets all of his questions answered. He's had a life time of mystery. He deserves a break.
15 year old Patty Rebholz was murdered in my very small town of Greenhills in Cincinnati Ohio. She was a cheerleader coming home from a school dance. There was a suspect but it was never solved. Could you please cover it! It's an old one!
Hi Gabby this is a very harrowing story. I hope Paul Fronczak will one day find his biological twin sister Jill. Anyway, hope you have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday week!
I'm wondering how the Manton, MI, "stepbrother" who offered info that he had heard re: Lorraine Fountain's past history (i.e. that she had dated a "Chicago doctor," her sudden move to Arkansas, then her reappearance in town with a toddler), is being treated by family, friends, and townspeople of the Fountains???.... l hope the response to that question is positive. ...In certain small towns, it can require a lot a courage, to speak up. Some locales will "close ranks" and not cooperate, sadly and tragically.
The adopted 'Paul' I have to admit I always thought was quite attractive, he seems like a good man - I am so happy they finally found his story and also the real Paul. Love the update.
I wonder if Kevin Baty's mom was the woman who dressed up at the nurse and kidnapped him. Then after kidnapping him, she ended up marrying someone with the last name Baty and ultimately ended up with that last name that way.
@@suelily4281 I was curious myself. Gabi did say she was dating a doctor and went to Arkansas and came back with Kevin. Who was the doctor? Who did she eventually marry?
Speaking of December , my birthday is coming up in December as well and hey at least Paul got part one of his case solved and now he needs part 2 of his case solved which is to find jill his missing twin sister and I do wish him the best of luck

This is such a sad case overall because both Paul and Jack’s stories have so many things still unsolved and unknown due to time and miscommunications. I genuinely hope Jill is found one day soon.
This case is truly so confusing and sad.
Great case update! I've followed this and watched every-one of your videos on this. It is definitely bitter-sweet. I hope Jill is found. I agree-forgiveness is a strength and 'Paul' is so brave and I hope he gets all the answers he wants. xxx
Excellent update, Gabby! Happy Thanksgiving 🦃!
Paul sounds like amazing. We have a lot to learn from him.
I’m blown away they finally found the baby. What an insane story & both men are able to find some peace. I hope he will find Jill eventually
Thank you so much for the update! Lots of the piece’s of the puzzle are fitting together. Just seems like the real Paul’s family would want to know their biological family. Their is another brother the Fronczak’s had I believe. It would be so good if Jill could be found.Would make a good movie.
The picture of the little boy on the phone looks exactly like little Ricky on I Love Lucy.
Oh, the humanity! My Dad was a serious genealogist. He had abiding faith in the paper trail, and couldn't accept the notion that there may have been deceit in that record. Modern DNA technology will rewrite much of what we think we know.
Absolutely love your videos! ❤❤❤❤
Praying for you all & lifting Jill up today! May the reunion be soon 💙💕
Happy Thanksgiving to you too Gabby!
What a story! Thank you for sharing it!
Wow! So crazy and sad about the real Paul. And I truly hope Jill is found.
Love your content 😊!
I wonder how Kevin or the "real Paul" felt about his "adoptive" mom and wondered if she was his kidnapper?
Happy Thanksgiving Gabby!!! I love you d soooo much!!!
This case is just a roller coaster.
Hoping you find your sister Paul. Best wishes from across the miles. Tracy. 🇬🇧
thank you so much for this truly fabulous video - mystery solved -truly a relief !!!
This one touched home for me
Wow, praise the Lord
Prayers for all involved
I hope he finds his twin. Positive vibes.
I wish the real Paul and his mum had got to meet again before he died :( and I hope the now Paul finds out what happened to his sister :/
Personally, I don't think she's alive.
Prayers for a miracle in the search of Jill. God bless you Paul!
15 year old Patty Rebholz was murdered in my very small town of Greenhills in Cincinnati Ohio. She was a cheerleader coming home from a school dance. There was a suspect but it was never solved. Could you please cover it! It's an old one!
HI GABBY!!!!! 🙌
Wow very moving and I formative and I am so glad Paul is well, I hope he finds his sister, God bless him on his journey ❤
Thank you
Hi Gabby this is a very harrowing story. I hope Paul Fronczak will one day find his biological twin sister Jill. Anyway, hope you have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday week!
I love that lipstick you’re wearing! Can you share what color and brand it is?😊
always in the description ☺️
I’m gonna guess next month is Dismember December. Covering cases of people that were dismembered and remain unsolved!!!
😳
That's a great idea! We need to make this happen! 🤞🤞
I’d...enjoy that greatly
That would be interesting but calling it that sounds so...distasteful and not really respectful:/
Thank you gabby 💓 hope you have an amazing Thanksgiving 🦃❤
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too!!!❤
This sounds like a plot for a thriller sitcom.
I wonder if Kevin Baty's mom was the woman who dressed up at the nurse and kidnapped him. Then after kidnapping him, she ended up marrying someone with the last name Baty and ultimately ended up with that last name that way.
I think the "nurse" was probably selling babies
@@suelily4281 I was curious myself.
Gabi did say she was dating a doctor and went to Arkansas and came back with Kevin.
Who was the doctor?
Who did she eventually marry?
Happy thanksgiving
