Two: you are being so inconsistent with what you saying and I agree with Ben 10 being strong but not existence level, refer to the inktank’s video about Ben 10’s highest power, Alien X, and don’t even bring up other aliens that are supposedly stronger because then I can say that I can add god ki to his base and ultra instinct because that is a state of mind, not a transformation. Lastly, how do you think goku is weaker than Danny Phantom who is street level, goku will be, at least Namek saga where his power level is three million and SSJ3 is a 400x multiplier, that being a very generous assumption seeing that grade three of super saiyan one is a 100x multiplier. Vegeta could have easily destroyed the planet at a power level of 18,000 and all of goku’s boosts puts him at 1.2 billion in power level, meaning that he is 66,666 times planetary or multiplanetary to small star level meaning that give Goku his best at all of the mha characters best, goku is tens of thousands of times stronger, on top of your argument that eri could kill goku with just touching him instantly, Overhaul didn’t die immediately so goku could punch her away or even before that, throw a ki blast at her.

Not sure about the dead part, because goku fought and beat kid buu when he was already dead. I'm fairly certain that the one with the greatest likelihood to lose to any MHA character is Raditz. Mostly because he probably kills everyone, but might struggle against Prime All-might. Might. Depends on if he flies out of reach, honestly.

Raditz still could take on Goku and Piccolo when he appeared and that's outrageously powerful by MHA standards, not to mention, as you said, he can just camp in the sky and toss planet busting moves. Plus Raditz can still turn into Oozaru which makes him 10x more powerful.

That, and you have to remember that in early DBZ/late DB, it was still mostly martial arts, less explosions. And at his power level, Radtiz is probably a city buster. So, he probably does outpower All-Might in his Prime, buuuut... He might not outspeed him, and might not outsmart him. That's why I believe that it'd be a good match.

Some people out in the world still can't get into a education and even my grandpa and grandma didn't finish high school yet they manage to properly take care of 6 children. He also knows how to make a house and other stuff, hell my uncle who left school at 6th grade is now a guy who knows how to fix cars (he literally fixed our family's every car, it's not just him though but also his my other uncles who didn't even went to high school.)
