Different content under circumstances, big tip I got and saves some much hassle & time in cleaning shoes, carry baby wipes in shoebag & when back in locker room giving shoes a quick rub with wipes makes it easier to give proper clean later..... Stay safe at home!
Many of the shoe shine artisans would probably scream at this stage. You barely treated the leather after the initial scrub which will show in short life spam of the shoe - leather will dry out and crack. Here I would suggest getting some additional products like a leather a conditioner / balsam and additional cream for the uppers like a pomade or wax to give the leather a nice polish. I suggest products from Saphir and Burgol but other commercial product from the counter probably would also do. I would suggest a saddle soap for the deep clean with a dump sponge so you get less moisture into the leather and will clean, condition and protect the leather. Keep on shinning your shoes guys 😃👟👞🏌️♂️Finally a big one, put shoe trees for your shoes after use and for storage. Ideally wooden one so those will suck up the moisture and keel the shape. Any shoe tree (with right size) will do, even one for a 5er. Lastly give the shoe a spray witha protector to keep it well guarded against rain etc.
