A few food channels have subtitles letting us know how it tastes and what it tastes of and even what it is. As I do like watching these I just don't have a clue what they are and would be nice to know lol.

@@winneytsai4160來吼早期食品都許多徒手做的有些真的是講求手感，建議你可以去學個一年半載，再來說戴手套這問題，有些食安其實主因根本不是出在有沒有戴手套，而是廚師的自我衛生要求，你知道這些師傅要徒手製作前要幹嘛你知道嗎？
要把手上的表皮撕掉。
