INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (PAN-FRIED CHICKEN WINGS)
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 & 3/4 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, chopped
Green onion, optional
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (SPRITE FRIED CHICKEN WINGS)
1.8 lbs chicken wings
Sprite
Salt and pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
1 egg
FOR BREADING MIX:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
FOR DIPPING SAUCE: Mayonnaise and chili oil (you can add grated garlic)
